Though Dr. Soldano is an excellent and compassionate doctor, a certain member of his staff has decided to control my future and my sons health future by giving false information to a law firm representing me in a class action case against Paxil. I was prescribed this drug by Dr. Soldano while I was pregnant for my son, ultimately causing him to have a birth defect. This defect still causes him pain on a daily basis even at 16 years of age. The makers of Paxil have admitted to,and set aside monies to pay women affected by this drug during pregnancy. It does no good to anyone who has suffered the negative and life changing effects of Paxil if one can not get thier medical records which state the use of the drug. My advise to any patient leaving the care of Dr. Soldanos office , American Health Network ,or any Dr. , is to TAKE YOUR RECORDS WITH YOU. It is your right.
