I usually dont right reviews but Im not happy at all. My mom has been going there for a very long time. Shes 85 yrs old and doesnt want to change but it is beyond ridiculous how long she has to wait before seeing the doctor. She waits on average 2.5 hours before being seen! Its usually because hes doing hospital runs however- scheduling appointments and having patients wait in the office that long is unacceptable, especially when your patient is 85 years old! A visit to the doctors office shouldnt be a 3hr trip!

A neighbor of mine once told me that she came here for a doctor appointment only to sit for hours in the waiting room. When she asked the receptionist what the holdup was, the receptionist told her that the doctor was out golfing and that he would be back as soon as his game was finished! What kind of doctor does this to his/her patients?

Medical staff is courteous and efficient however the Dr will leave you waiting beyond appointment time not just a few minutes. I feel bad for the staff they do their best to keep patients happy when its out of their hands they deal with unhappy patients because of the Dr
