Pretty unprofessional and not so subtle in the approach. I went to Dr. Parrotts with a high fever that I had been experiencing for a few days. I would love to know why a doctor needs to ask me five or six times if I had been throwing up when I answered her perfectly clear the first time...as if Im going to change my story. I would also love to know why its a doctors job to ask if a patient has been crying. I hadnt been, but my eyes were red from lack of sleep due to the 103.2 fever I went in for. They ran some tests and after sitting in a room by myself for over thirty minutes, they told me everything came back fine, I just had the flu. So AS IM LEAVING, the doctor then asks me if I do drugs. When I look at her questioningly, she just says its her job to ask. It couldve been her job to do that not as I was leaving, but before, when she was asking my symptoms, or before as she was running tests, or before, when she was trying to figure out why my eyes were red and CLEARLY making assumptions about me. Pretty disappointed since it came so highly recommended, but preconceived notions work both ways I guess.

I would like to thank you (Dr. Parrott and STAFF) for taking such great care of my mom Janet Leadbeter. My mom is very picky when it comes to doctors. She commented about that there were no computers in the room and that Dr. Parrott was very thorough with his examination with her. She liked the fact that you checked to make sure the medicine you were going to prescribe would not interfere with her condition.Her other doctor never would do this. You made her comfortable and cared for. Thank you again for what you did for my mother. She will be returning to your office when needed. From wait time, to friendliness of the staff, to Dr. Parrott himself--everything was great. I took my daughter in after discovering she had a fever. The office was very clean and the staff was great. Dr. Parrott was very friendly and thorough during our visit. Ashamed to say, but Ill be coming here for our sick visits from now on instead of the pediatrician.

Due to their incompetence to bill our insurance company correctly, they sent us to collections on a bill that was fully covered by insurance. They need to pay attention to detail, enter billing information correctly and not waste peoples time by their neglect. Its frustrating and something I dont have time for.

Dr. Parrott and his staff are very friendly and professional. Instead of waiting for hours for my son to be told by a nurse to take a generic cough medicine and drink fluids, they found out he had bronchitis by actually caring for him and taking the time to find out!

The staff is very nice. The office is very clean. I love the touch pad device that they have instead of filling out thousands of papers. Doctors and NPs were very knowledgeble. I recommend and will definately come back.
