My wife got there when they opened at 9am and she sat there until 12:45 when they told her that the doctors had gone to lunch, all she needed was a refill which they have done before multiple times without being seen, but they told her no refills without being seen, so she had to leave because she had to go to work, 4 hours sitting in a really dirty unfriendly office waiting room and getting nothing but attitude and bitchiness from staff. we will not be returning.

Terrible experience with this office and their doctor Gamble. He said everyone in Lincoln Park is a sewer. Will never recommend this doctor to anyone, now I am getting robocalls 4 to 5 times a day asking if I took my medicine, seen this doc twice and never went back. Months ago. Insurance company sent a denial on an asthma medication that I never asked for, so I am feeling something is a scam with this company. Beware.

This company keeps calling my cell phone and leaving voicemail. I attempted to call them and asked them to stop calling me. No use. They keep calling my phone and asking for Rufus. I have never been a patient there, and I never will. Its really irritating.

I usually have a good visit, but on two different visits they didnt put something updated my files which caused me to have to go back in unnecessarily.

Waited over hours twice in one week. First time to be seen. Second for lab results. It is ridiculously slow.
