I wish I can send this review with no stars at all. I visited them today with my son who is complaining from watery red itchy eyes, that what I know as an Economist ( I am not musical doctor) and a father. I arrived there at 8.30 pm. I checked in to see the doctor for my son complain. Guess what : the doctor saw us immediately! , which is good, but she said your son has a seasonal allergies and all what he needs an over counter medicin! I said I worried a lot about him, because I heard from my American friend something bad called a pinky eye, he has a blurry vision and he scratchs his eyes too much. She said there is nothing to worry about! I asked her if he can go to school tomorrow, I know it up to me as a father not her, because I do not any kid at school get infected. She said he can go to school because the case is not contiguous. I said ok we will leave. She told me to wait to receive some papers from the nurse. I took the papers and left to home. At home, I found a doctor note and AVT" after visit summar." In the doctor not she wrote" He did not need to miss school for medical reasons today, OK to return to school tomorrow"! I was surprised because I do not ask her for a doctor note at first for today as well as it is not her business if my son went to school or not! This act as she does not respect my son and me. My son told me " Dad I am not a liar I am really sick"! I hope OhioHealth watches their employee behavior and they have to follow their Cardinal Values and Pledge. I will file an official complain tomorrow and I will never leave this things to end up in trash. Thanks for you valuable time for reading this review and I hope you can advise me by any legal action I should do.

Those of you with kids know what a nightmare it can be taking you little one to an urgent care. long waits, other sick kids all around, just overall craziness. My daughter and I were seen on 12/8/2016 and had a great experience. The waiting room was nearly empty when we arrived, and there were a few kids books my daughter could read before we went back. Intake was an easy one-page form. Once we went back and the nurse got our vitals, we did have to wait a little while to see the doctor (the nurse informed us there were 3 people ahead of us). There are TVs in each room so it made the time pass quickly. Just 1.5 episodes of Teen Titans later, the doctor saw us (sinus infection for me, ear infection for my little one). I felt she not only asked me relevant questions, but also gave me some helpful advice in treating the symptoms until our antibiotics kicked in. I didnt feel rushed while explaining. The other people I interacted with, the nurse and secretary, were very polite. Overall it was a quick and painless visit! And my daughter got a sticker for being so good :)

The receptionist deserves 5 stars for being quick and polite with a good attitude and the wait was minimal. The problem I had was with the phycians assistant that saw me. I went in for what I thought was a bad spider bite on the back of my leg that got worse over 2 days. Figured better safe than sorry. She walked in and basically said well did you even see the spider? Because its probably just an Ingrown hair... With a tone of "duh". She pretty much poked it (it hurt already) said yea not a bite just and abcess with a grin and said oh these usually clear up. Her tone and attitude pretty much made me feel like I was stupid for taking time to be checked out. Customer service and making patients feel comfortable is top priority in my opinion. These kinds of attitudes are what put people like me off from going to get checked out on the rare occasion that I do when I feel its better safe than sorry. Poor patient relationship. Wont go back there the next time.

I went here because I thought I had strep, but it turns I didnt. But wanted to make sure because I have a young child and didnt want to pass it on to her. Well when I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and had me checked in fairly quickly. I only waited 10-15mins? The MA who came to get me forgot my name, and kind of stood there awkwardly, she didnt make a lot of eye contact. Im not sure if she had a dry sense of humor or was just unpersonable & rude. The doctor saw me in a reasonable amount of time. Again, not a lot of eye contact. Very quiet. The same MA came in to give me their generic information packet. She showed me the door and literally told me to get out. I dont think Ill be returning if I need to go to an urgent care again..

Every time I come here, they are not busy and yet it takes them over 3 hours to get me out of the building for very minor issues. The first time, I had an ovarian cyst and after 3 hours of waiting, they said there was nothing they could do even though my pain was at a 9/10 and told me to take some ibuprofen, and THEN they didnt let me out for another hour. The second time, they held me hostage until I could pee which was another 3 hours and after I couldnt because I was so stressed out about not being able to leave, I took my IV out and walked. DO NOT COME HERE. Mount Carmel St. Anns is only a few more minutes away and they are much nicer and much quicker there. This place is HORRIBLE.

Awesome people!!! From the receptionist, Charity, at the front desk, who was so warm and welcoming both when I called to check operating hours and when I arrived to the location, to Cheryl, the triage nurse, who spoke to me about my baby (3 months) and about hers (who is 26 years) and performed her professional duty without rush or rudeness, to Dr. Shull, who has awesome beside manner and gave me the best remedies for my seasonal asthma/bronchitis affliction. These folks really made me feel as if they care about their jobs and their patients! If you all are reading this, THANK YOU!!!

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. They were extremely rude to my fiancé and I. He is sick and we were not sure what it was and they wanted to treat him like it was not a big deal. They didnt want to give me an excuse for work because "hes an adult and take care of himself". In the state he was in, no he was not able to. In the end they gave him Tylenol like we couldnt get it ourselves. Let me just say, hes a mans man and he was laying on me in the waiting area. If you want to be treated with CARE, go somewhere else. They make you feel like a burden for being alive.
