MAJOR NEGLECT OF MY FATHER. DIDNT SHOWER HIM FOR 3 WEEKS, DIDNT BRUSH HIS TEETH FOR EVEN LONGER. LOST HIS CLOTHES, ALLOWED HIM TO GET FUNGAL INFECTION ON HIS BODY, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. THIS IS NOT A JOKE, THIS IS REAL. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY! GET THEM OUT IF THEY ARE THERE. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS HIGHEST FROM THE AIDS TO THE RNS TO THE DOCTOR WHO CONTINUES TO GIVE BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINES DESPITE HAVING VERY LOW READINGS. WE ARE GETTING HIM OUT ASAP! I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY.

I barely wanted to give a rating at all but since zero isnt an option Ill rate this facility a one star some of the care giver are decent enough to provide good care but as far as the supervisory staff they suck the rules and regulations are ridiculous and are a violation to the residents privacy the nurses at the facility are very lazy except maybe one or two and the executive director and the human services director in my opinion is very prejudice this facility is a gimmick wouldnt recommend it to anyone.....

I tried to call my mother on Saturday morning and no one would answer the phone. Finally someone answered and they put me on hold and left me there for over ten minutes. I finally hung up, drove down there and pulled my mom out of that dump. No stars. Three cockroaches.

I have worked here for over 6 mths and I would have to say that this is the BEST facility that I have worked. Great team work among employees, excellent patient care and wonderful support from Administration. Love my job and the staff I work with. Team work!!! #1

I would never recommend this place to anyone!! My Dad was overlooked to the point he ended up with a near death experience. The staff that took care of him was on a whole different page definitely not professional by any means.

Horrible place to work. Always understaffed, pay is not worth it and your not appreciated there. Assisted living side is a nursing home, not assisted living. Wouldnt take my loved one there EVER!
