Charging a visit to just tell me test results instead of telling me on the phone going to be looking for another family dr. Update.. On calling to get refills on meds I was greeted with "being that you terminated your self with us on Googles review we can no longer see you anymore" and then I said "ok well after making the review I desided to give you a second chance" thats when the dr comes on and reiterates the same thing. So i said that is ok. But if that is truly how it is thin i will not hold back on my thoughts on this dr office. If asked by someone if I would use this office again I would say no, this office is in opinion is leaves something to be desired. The hours are the worst of any I have seen. And for anyone reading this for review purpose my aim is not to bash this dr or office but to give a true experience. So if you are looking for a dr and you like I was just flipping through the phone book looking for one KEEP LOOKING.

Honest and supportive Dr. who really takes the time out to listen to the patients concerns. He always makes sure that I fully understand every option available to me for any conditions/ illnesses, and goes with what I choose. I would recommend anyone with Hashimotos Disease to use Dr. Pond. He is well versed and open to some of the approaches that other Drs arent. (i.e. alternative/natural thyroid hormones). I have every member of my household under his care & all love his style. They also offer very cheap yearly health plans to people who cant afford insurance... Best Dr. around!

Dr. Pond is always very open, educated and willing to explain things thoroughly. Whenever possible he is able to give more than one option for ways to address whatever ails me. It is always easy to make an appointment and get in and out quickly. I highly recommend Dr Pond to anyone that would like a Dr who takes the time to get to know their patients.

I have never been called back to see the doctor earlier than 30 minutes after my appointment time. The frustrating thing is you can see the doctor talking about non work related things with the staff. I understand things get delayed but its ridiculous how consistent it is and how little respect they have for peoples time.

Dr Pond is an amazing doctor . The office staff always make me feel welcome and are very accommodating . I have had some pretty serious medical issues and Dr Pond refused to leave me hanging . He did everything he could to be sure I was getting answers and helping me to get well . I recommend Dr Pond to everyones

Dr. Pond is really great! I randomly selected him because he was covered under my insurance and I really lucked out! He is very patient and kind and really makes sure you understand what he is telling you. He cares about you as an individual, not just a patient. Highly recommend Dr. Pond!

I saw David, and he was really nice and understanding, but dealing with the office since I left has been awful. Ive tried calling three times, and the receptionist blows me off, she wont even tell me if I should come in. Im switching to a Dr I might actually be able to get a hold of.

This is the hands down best family doctor Ive ever had. I am an overweight woman with legitimate health issues, and not once has Dr. Pond blown off an issue and blamed it on my size. Hes very thorough and concerned with my health and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Scheduling an appointment was easy, the staff was friendly. I did not wait very long and Dr. Pond answered all my questions and made a lot of sense. He did not rush and seemed to really care. I will be going here from now on.

Every time I go into the office I feel like Dr.Pond genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to whats wrong and always has a great solution! The office staff is super friendly!

Wonderful doctor. She has been my doctor for over 5 years. She gets uncomfortable with male body and asks her husband to take over to look at a hemorrhoid.
