The PCP does not understand how to speak to patients with compassion. My 19 year old daughter with special needs had to have a pelvic exam because there is unusual discharge. My daughter was nervous. She had never had a test "down there" before. The Park Medical nurse practitioner and the assistant did not try to reassure her. I was told they had "too many things to do to take 20 minutes" The next day, my daughter went back and asked if she would try again. Monet said no. She said it was too hard for her. She also has anemia, but cant get get a new PCP for weeks because of insurance. The corporate office would not even let her change PCPs to another one in Allen Park. It would surprise me if she were good with kids. It seems to me she is discriminating against her, but I would not trust her judgement anyway. She let the situation go for a month when a urine test was normal. I would not trust her judgement.

I left this office for several reasons including poor customer service, particularly trying to obtain your information or schedule anything with them. God forbid you get the answering service. They tell you they "only take messages for medical emergencies" which to my knowledge, you should be calling 911 for any medical emergency!

This doctor does not help patients all is there for is the insurance money and collecting your co pays
