Phone reception is horrible. Called to reschedule an appointment they made that happened to be on my birthday. The receptionist told me I either take that appointment or they didnt have anything else. So I asked what was the next available...she said they where so busy they didnt have anything open at all...raiset is after my last appointment of waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor for 4 minutes. I told her I can change doctors and office. Not a problem. Is sad to see patient care and courtesy dismissed over who runs the front desk.

Receptionist has no customer service skills. We were turned away from an appointment to which we were scheduled saying we were 30 mins. late. Found the printed appointment sheet after we returned home from the one hour drive showing the scheduled time as the time we arrived. We were told the doctor had a business meeting and could not work us in!
