Called twice and both times had to wait over 10 minutes for a scheduler to answer while the recording says over and over that "your call is very important to us. " The person I spoke with was very slow with processing her thoughts. The inefficiency is ridiculous. If a patient requests an appointment sooner than a week out, instead of telling the patient its so insurance can be confirmed tell the patient they can get pre-qualified in order to get in earlier. I had to ask about pre-qualification myself, the representative didnt tell me until I asked. I called another place and got an appointment for 2 days from now with no run around about insurance approval because they get it done faster than a week. Plus, there was no call wait time.... They answered immediately. So now I need to cancel my appointment with these idiots and wait another 10 minutes for a person again. Really?! Beyond ridiculous.

Had been trying to schedule an ultrasound with Northeast Georgia Imaging for a week. Grew tired of waiting, called Gwinnett Imaging and got something scheduled in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!!!!

On the phone waiting for 10 minutes to get a scheduler... Gave up and went to Northside, which gave me a much quicker response!
