Finally...someone knows how to get it right. I am female, work, have a child, have no insurance and ask for no govt support (welfare, foodstamps, etc) but all I do ask for is my yearly check up. Thats when I found out that Lville Health Dept does this for a fee of 157.00!! This is incredible!!! You cant find that price anywhere. Best of all, when you walk into the back to have the procedures done, it mocks an actual doctors office (which yes, it is a doctors office...but you know what I mean!) And a round of applause to Rita, the nurse that works in the womens health section. All around amazing and honestly, I like that its not free...you dont have to stand in line for hours waiting on all of the moochers to get their things. Thank you Lville Health Dept. ALSO!!! They are very professional, caring, gentle and in touch with your needs...I highly recommend this!!

HORRIBLE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am military and I called to see if I could get my Immunizations to go overseas to Korea and before I could even finish my sentence she transfers me without a word. Literally in the middle of talking the phone starts to ring again and I realize shes transferring me to another department. All I was able to get out was I am traveling to to Korea and.. CUT OFF Seriously lady?? I didnt want to make an appointment I just wanted to know if I COULD go there to get the immunizations required to travel there. They may not even have the authorized ones I need! And when it stops ringing its a voice mail and I have to leave a message and someone will get back to me. yeah right... maybe in two weeks.. SUCKS

Absolutely ridiculous...called a less than an hour before...i was told if i get in before 330 i would be seen...got there 320.....they are not taking any other patients...then i call to complain..they cant figure out who i spoke to when i called but they can trace my number and call me back to find out if the call dropped...but i guess this is what you get for government services...tax payers money pay for government building like this and you cant get served...smh

This is is horrible!!!! I was told I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours to have immunization information from one state transferred to a Ga state form so my grandchild could attend school.. (which is stupid ) its just the states way of digging in pocket for $10. Forcing me to wait 2 hours longer just to scammed. If my life depended on this appointment Id be dead by now!!!

Ivan handled all of my financial questions and insurance details. Delilah was my nurse and was very friendly and caring. I got a tetnus booster for college and a pre-exposure rabies shot for my cat tech program, both were easy and painless. A wonderful experience and very efficient staff!

6 kids been here slot and everytime has been a very pleasant experience. Never waited long to be seen. Always fast, helpful, and will answer every question without rushing. If u complain about this place, then youre probably the problem.

Are you nuts? My OBGYN is only $147 and they are a well respected huge named group, The Womens Group in Snellville! WTH, The health dept is suppose to be for poor people it should be less!!
