Excellent front desk and nursing staff. I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be called back and the office seemed slow (very few patients in the waiting area). Mary was my nurse and the friendliest nurse I have ever met and very thorough. I then saw NP Boyd. I would describe her as grumpy,, rude, not interested in what I had to say, and brushed off my concerns. I will go back and try one of the Doctors only because I liked the office staff so much.

I had a visit in June 2014. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting room area has been updated and improved. I like the availablility of the Lab Tech in the front office for blood draws so that you can come in early before work to handle bloor work. Dr. Sharma was friendly and helpful and caught something in my blood work that made her want to investigate what might be going on. I recommend this practice to friends and family.

Love Grayson primary care. Warm friendly smiles when you walk in the door. I dont live out this way anymore but I choose to come here because I like the time Dr Sharma puts into her patients. She treats you like a person not a number, not to mention how thorough she is. She ask right questions to provide the right treatment. Her nurse Vicki is so nice and attentive with a good bedside manner; Which means a lot to me. Thank you Grayson primary care.

This is my third or so visit to Grayson Primary Care. I am very satisfied with the level of service I have received each time. I feel like the nurses and doctors take their time with you and make sure you understand exactly what the outcome of the visit is. I have searched for a good place to go for my medical needs, I am satisfied to say that my search is over.

This doctor should be ashamed of himself and should start prepping for a lawsuit! He prescribed my father Epitol and many other pills and within a two weeks my father killed himself!! He did ZERO tests on my father had ZERO proof that he needed any of these prescriptions. Well mister Im from the north and us northern folk have law degrees. Ill be in touch

Dr. Sharma ad her assistant are always available, return calls in a timely way and appointments are quick, easy and on time :).... I do so appreciate the care I have received - they are not only thorough and knowledgeable clinically, they are also friendly, caring, and personable. My time there is always short, sweet, and surprisingly pleasant.

Dr Vladescu and his staff are awesome. They always seem to find a way to make you feel like the only patient present. Norma has a calm manner that makes you feel like family. The knowledge base that DR V provides ensures that you will be getting better soon and gives you peace of mind. So happy i found them.

You pay to go to see your doctor, you would think that she would give you medicine for what you nee d instead of being in pain. A doctor at Eastside told me to make a complaint. Im tired of the crap it used to not be this way. Now its in and out in a hurry bull crap!!

A friend of mine has been a patient there for FIVE YEARS and is hearing impaired so an interpreter was required. My friend missed one appointment so they told her they wont see her anymore. Thats just ridiculous. People have no understanding anymore. Unbelievable.
