First and last visit. Not recommended for working people. I had an 11am appointment, arrived early and was called in 1/2 hour later after sign in. Then, after vitals were taken, sat in a room for over 50 minutes waiting for a doctor who I was assigned to a week earlier by Kaiser, but who never arrived & no explanations were given to me. The facility did not appear to be busy either. I informed them I was leaving (having to return to work) although Id paid the co-pay up front and no one seemed to care. The patients appeared to be mostly elderly/retired people who perhaps can afford to wait. Perhaps this facility is understaffed. I cant rate the care because I didnt receive any. Honestly, almost one and one half hour wait for a "no show" doctor, WHEN you have an appointment! Really! Be aware that the website for this large Sugar Hill/Buford facility list: "No Urgent Care" which they define as, and Im quoting: earaches, coughs, sore throats, minor injuries, upper respiratory symptoms!! MDs on staff, but they cant handle a cough or cold? On the bright side, it is a very new, neat and clean environment suitable for reading or web browsing, you just cant get medical care there. UPDATE: One week after filing a complaint with Kaiser on this matter, they contacted me and agreed to refund my $35 co-payment. UPDATE: Recd letter, Kaiser NOT refunding co-pay amount but offering a "credit" for a future visit instead, even after I explained I am not returning to Kaiser. FINAL UPDATE: Recd co-pay refund check in the mail after clarifying once more in writing to them that I was done with Kaiser Permanente, permanently.

Dont do Kaiser! ..I am so upset right now with them. The cost in savings is not worth it. Trust me... Unless you have time on your hands and lots of patients then this is for you. I have spent 10 days now on the phone in the office just trying to get the right medacation. They send you to the wrong places then charge for labs when they shouldnt crazy... They should be paying me to sit in the office for over an hr. Then wait another 30 mins. More to see a Doctor who does not listen to you. Blue cross Blue Shield I will be coming back. Oh contacting member services dont help. Even making appt. I have been on hold 45 mins long enough to call on anther phone to let them hear I am still on hold.

This pharmacy has the worst patient communication skills I have ever seen. To many people working that have no clue what is going on and has no consideration for others time. 5 days without medication because they keep saying its coming in and never does, only to be told another pharmacy has had it in stock this whole time. Why would you not tell me that 5 days ago and 2 trips to your pharmacy ago!!

If you have an appointment at spec hour. Please dont bother to be here on time. Usually they sit you for 45min-1hr. Before taken to the doctor . How useless to have an appointment. ..just show up and wait few hours.

Not sure if all Kaisers are ran like the one located in sugar hill but my 3 out of 4 experience was terrible/awful..... so unprofessional.... All my job offers
