I am new to this office. The first day I came in I was asked to come back at exactly 2pm I came early to be sure I could be seen I was asked to pay a Co payment before I was seen. Then I waited for 45 mins. No triage or anything. I decided to leave. There were so many clients around coughing and blowing their nose I didnt want to feel worse. I got a call to Come back the following week, front desk is horrible (whoever answers the phone) told me to come in I would not wait as I did before. SAME OLD DIFFERENT DAY. I could not believe this was happening. Dont go there find another physician. I sure plan to after this roller coaster experience. Unprofessional needs better organization and licensed professionals on staff. If I could give half a star I would because they are good at baiting.

This place is a joke. First the receptionist take your money even before the Dr. sees you..charging before a service in health care just seems not right. Then theres the Dr. that not once did he take a look at my issue but just sat on his computer as I explained my symptoms. He maybe look at me twice and said it was just sinuses and recommended flonase which has not been working. So yesterday I get a letter in the mail from their clinic saying I owe them another $76... YEAH SURE! AFTER YOU TOOK MY MONEY BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE DR! This shows great incompetence from his staff and clearly they dont communicate or have good service. Now I have to deal with making calls to get this bill off my record and figure out why they even sent it. Just do yourself a favor and find a better place to go.

Dr. Kini treats you as an individual patient addressing your needs, kind, considerate, and his compassion staff listens also. Clean environment and progressive in care. Oh and paying, the costs were less than any facility we visited and we paid first at all of them. But didnt mind paying the Office. Dr. Kini Thank you for understanding immediate care!

Dr Kimi is the best. Im 62 years old and this is the first doctor that ever called my phone and asked how I was feeling. Not only that he knows his profession. Also has an excellent staff that sltays on top of the ever changing paper world..

Dr. Kini has never steered me wrong with diagnosis. If you dont need a prescription medicine then he will let you know instead of just giving you a prescription. Good Doc.
