The worst customer service from the receptionist. I called to make an appointment. The first time I called, she hung up on me. I called back and made it through the phone menu only to have my call ring and ring for 20 minutes. Second time I called I got through the phone menu and my phone call rang for 15 minutes. I sure am glad I’m not in urgent need to see my doctor. Oh, I will be changing doctors. I refuse to be given bad, very, very bad service.

Cant get appointments when need to see the doctor tell you either go out to the emergency room or to a urgent care Very upset with the way they put patients health at risk when you cant see your doctor Whats the point in trying to make appointment if they aint going to help you get in to see your why stay with this place move on thats whats i am going to do

Everyone here is so nice. I love my doctor. Dr. Angela Ritter. Reasonable wait times. I can usually get a appointment when I need it. I pay out of network just to stay with them.

I was always charged an additional fee when I was only suppose to pay a co-pay.
