I went to this office on Aug 8, 2008. I arrived at 10:16am and wasnt seen until 1:00pm. Not only did I have to wait an extremely long time for a place that is supposed to be fast, but the people that had arrived after me were seen before me. When I asked why were the people that arrived after me being seen before me, I was told that happens sometimes the charts get mixed up. Mind you I had been waiting for about 3 hours and these others did not get there until after 12:00pm. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and I certainly will not ever go there again.
