I have gone to this Urgent Care, Buford, GA for many many years and in the past have received above average care up until today. I went to this location a week ago and had a strep test which came back positive and was giving an antibiotic which I had taken in the past with no problems, but this particular time after taking for 7 days I had a reaction to it. I had to work out of town for two day after stopping the meds because of the problems I was having with it and was not able to call the clinic until after Saturday (2 days after off med). I spoke with a "nurse" named Ozzie Davila and I explained to him what was going on..first thing was he laughed and said "and youre just now calling about this two days after you stopped taking it"...I was just asking if Dr. Bosso (VERY NICE DOC) could possibly suggest something different or what I should do..instead I go reprimanded for just now calling to ask what should I do. I have gone to Northeast Georgia Health System (Dr. Ritter-20 yrs and this clinic as well) and NEVER have I been spoken to like that. A word of advice...patients usually call a clinic or doctord because they need help or advice about the issues they are experiencing, NOT to have someone chiding you like a child. I would suggest if you live anywhere near this clinic - DOnT GO - drive on down the road to the new one in Braselton. Ive heard wonderful things about that clinic. Thats what Im going to do. If I wanted to be lectured to, I would have just called my mother..

Today I was refused service by Emily. She stated that the doctors office did not take my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia). I find that hard to believe because I have been using this doctors office all year under the same policy (3-4 visits). I even offered to pay myself via American Express because I am extremely ill, and needed to see the doctor desperately. Still was not allowed to be seen. At this point I am trying to report this incident to my insurance company and find out why they refused service. One star for making me sit in the cold for 2 hours in line and then refusing me service after I have used you all year with the same insurance. Maybe consider hiring someone that knows how to handle these situations better. Should of at least seen me this time considering the wait and my illness.

Wrenched my shoulder very badly on New Years Day (2016). Wasnt sure who was open on a holiday but a neighbor suggested we go here. I can be a difficult patient because that particular shoulder has caused me a lot of problems (dislocations) in the past and I had surgery on it back in the 1980s. But my husband and I were thrilled with the care we received! Everyone was wonderful and kind. Would definitely go here again if needed. They suggested a sports medicine orthopedist and he and his staff were wonderful also - and right next door to this urgent care. My shoulder is still healing and may need additional surgery but it has vastly improved since New Years Day. Not sure why others had negative experiences but we were very happy.

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!!! Misdiagnosis of 3 family members. When my sister who lives in another state & is a RN says thats no bacterial...I know something is up. I asked the Dr. Over the phone to please call in something different and they refused. Rude on the phone as well. Repeat office visits just to be diagnosis three different times on three family members. The dr. Who saw my son never touched him or looked at him. Just listened to me and ordered x-rays even after I said "I dont think thats nessasry". They should close the doors here....just look at the reviews from 2 different sources. Joke!!!

I was very pleased with the speed and correct handling of my medical problem. I referred the medical personnel to previous problems handled by my primary physician. They looked up all of my records and called in a prescription that my primary doctor had prescribed in the past. I was so thankful that they were available to assist me because it is Mothers Day, and I desperately needed and received their help.

Worst place ever, the ugly nasty attitude of the front desk receptionist always gives me a hard time when I try to go in there, refused to see me because I dont have my insurance card an told them they could look it up but was hateful am wouldnt but yet looked up my son insurance information 3 days before with no problem, beware of the nasty attitude of the front desk an her snobby attitude!!!!!

This place is a complete joke. It appears they dont actually want people to walk through their doors. The receptionist was more interested in chewing her gum and looking at her computer than actually providing any type of professional service. I hope you close down soon.

They were fast and very friendly! They did everything they could to take care of my problem and make sure I was comfortable. I walked in right before closing time but no one seemed agitated about it. Defiantly recommend!
