Generally has been a good clinic. Today arrived at the clinic at 3:50pm, the door sign posted a closing time of 4pm. The nurse treated me very rudely while getting my vital signs then left the room for a few minutes then some other guy showed up speaking to me rudely from outside the door stating that they were not an er and would not be treating me. Degraded, insulted and still sick left the clinic. Delayed my treatment for an acute illness.

Went there for the 1st time this week and could not have been treated better by everyone we saw! From May the lady that check us in to all the doctors....everyone treated us with respect. May was especially nice and VERY helpful. Im sure this is a very stressful job but youd never know it by the way we were treated! It did take a while....but for what all they did it was amazingly quick! Really thorough!

Ive always been treated very well here. The staff is courteous and I rarely have to wait much past my scheduled appointment time. An unscheduled visit will take much longer but they cant very well staff for unscheduled visits. My only complaint is my doctor has a very thick accent and I have a very hard time understanding her. Im going to see if I can change my primary care doctor for this reason.

Well heres a surprise. Last 3 appointments with my VA doctor have been canceled by the VA. Theyve been entering into the system that Ive canceled the appointments. Just another way the VA "cooks the books". This is another way Veterans are left to die. Dear VA: Im not 80 years old, Im technologically astute and I keep call records because I know the government game.

As a veteran I think this is one of the best VA clinic Ive been to and I have one of the best doctors here at this clinic, Dr.Ommert actually saved my legs so Im indebted to him because he a total professional and he takes his time and hes thorough also its close to everything all round my life, my job my business, my home.

Went to this facility twice - once for a hearing aid fitting and once for a check up. In both cases the treatment was professional, impersonal, and efficient. Everything was clean and new and there was very little waiting past the appointed time. Even the parking was convenient.

I have had no real problems with this location. Yes it is the VA. Too slow and too much red tape. I have only had to use it for yearly check ups and meds. So I havent had to test it too hard. Everyone is friendly, professional and the facility is clean.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Good coffee and donuts from the volunteers here. VA has been given a bad rap but this place appears to be trying really hard.

Not accepting new patient, I have to drive over an hour to be seen. When I did get an appointment with Oakwood Podiatry they cancelled three times in a row.
