Seen almost on time each appointment. The frustrating thing about appointment time is they request that you be there 30 minutes before hand yet THEY dont see you to fill out those so called forms until the actual appointment time. So, you end up sitting there in that cool lobby for 30 minutes waiting impatiently! I DONT understand what the coming 30 minutes early is for if theyre NOT ready to see you earlier to fill out those forms! Youre wasting everyones time which is valuable to us!!

Extremely nice building and atmosphere.Though I was very uncomfortable before my appointment (due to being very nervous) I was immediately made comfortable by the staff and technicians. Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. If you need any tests done I strongly recommend you scheduling them here.

Show up the 30 minutes before my appt as they request. I had to wait more than 45 minutes after my appt schedule to speak with someone to check why I had waiting too long in the lobby. Poor service. Last time I visited the braselton office was much better than gainesville office.
