My husband and I just moved to the area, and picking new dentists/doctors, etc. is sort of a gamble as we dont even know anyone who can recommend places to us. We picked this place for our bi-annual cleanings just because it came up online and was nearby. Unfortunately, it wasnt a great experience. My husband made appointments for us at the same exact time. They called me back (10 minutes late), and they never called back my husband. He had to leave to return to work (as it was mid-day), so he was not seen. They hygienists apologized and were nice, but it was frustrating that they didnt tell us when we arrived they couldnt see us at the same time like what we had made appointments to do. Furthermore, it took over an hour for my appointment, whereas any other time Ive been to any other dentist Ive been in and out in 30-40 minutes. It just felt like theyre disorganized there. My husband will now go elsewhere, and I will not return. It was just a frustrating experience. It may have just been a bad day, and I understand they were short on staff... but they should have told us that when we arrived that they couldnt see us both at the same time as we scheduled so that we could decide who would take the slot we were both supposed to have... we both work, and we couldnt just hang out at the dentist all day. They never should have let my husband sit in the lobby wondering what the heck was taking so long.

This place sucks!!!!! A year ago i had a 5 hour oral surgery to have all my teeth extracted in this office.They charged me a arm and a leg and wanted my other arm and leg for dentures,so i went else where to have my dentures made.Now a year later i found a tooth that they missed,WHAT another toothache??? now they tell me i have a credit? and we can use my credit to take care of it! why should i have to pay again for their mistake??? And a credit?? They was very rude about it like it was my fault they screwed up and they will not do nothing to help me unless i pay. well i can tell you they will NOT be getting any more of my money!!!

I hope no one ever goes there. I had a terrible tooth ache and called Dental Care at Columbus Crossing and asked if they took my insurance. They said yes. I went in and filled out the paper work and they took x-rays and did the exam. Then they told me they did not take my insurance and told me to fix my tooth was going to be several hundred dollars. I told them I could not afford that and they gave me a bill for over $250. It took all the money I had and I still did not get my tooth fixed.

Went for a free xray and cleaning. I was told I had 3 teeth that needed filling and could not clean because I needed deep cleaning. All this would be several thousand to fix. Went to another dentist who said I only had t small areas that needed the deep cleaning which would be about four hundred and they could clean my teeth. Also I was told I had no cavities!

I love going to Fair Oaks Creek. The staff is really friendly and the doctor is great. I will definitely be going back!
