Place has gone down hill since Dr. Miller left. The lady at the front desk, Rachel, quoted me a price of $278 for cleaning, xrays and exam. I called back about an hour later and she quoted me a price of $107 for a cleaning and partial xray. When I got to the office, I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time and when they brought me to the back they had me scheduled for an entirely different procedure (xray and exam no cleaning). When I stated I had came only for the cleaning they again told me it would be $278. Frustrated at this point, I told them I would pay whatever and I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned and told them I would do the two month payment plan. They told me they dont do payment plans and have never done them HOWEVER their website states they do them and I had done them just 8 months prior - when Dr Miller was still there. They then informed me they did not have time for a cleaning since they made me wait 30 minutes in the waiting area. Basically, I wasted 2 hours of my day, my issue was not taken care of and I was given false information every step of the way. I will not be returning and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Renaissance Dental really has the kindest most caring staff! The office is clean, beautiful, and well managed. I was incredibly impressed that they figure out your insurance for you and help you utilize it best with the care you need. The checkups and care my family receives is the most thorough and excellent Ive ever had. I also appreciate how Dr. Miller really listens and tries to understand what Im trying to say! I also have won incredible prizes from their office. In 2 months of being a patient with them Ive won a $200 Saucony Gift Card and an Ipad Mini on 2 separate occasions. The are so kind. I cannot say how highly recommend them!!!!!!!

Very friendly. Very attentive. Helpful advice. One downside - was mislead on price of deep clean of teeth. Read my insurance wrong and advised (and confirmed a couple of times) that the service would be a certain price and in the end, post treatment, turned out to be more than double that price. I had been unsure of the low cost initially quoted, hence confirming a couple of times before treatment. So that was disappointing but was the only negative on an otherwise good experience. The services after Dr. Miller left has been pathetic. X-ray machines dont work, no real interest in treating patients. I scheduled an appointment for jaw pain and the x-rays didnt work so no check up or treatment, and then they gave me an appointment after 2 weeks and charged me $78 for visit... really?? I am supposed to live on pain medications? I just booked it and today I called to cancel it and guess what, there was no appointment against my name. Gave me another reason to change my dentist :)

Dr. Miller and his staff are awesome! Theyre great about getting me in quickly and working with my hectic schedule. Theyre always so helpful and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the girls in the back (and obviously Dr. Miller). Love this place!

Dr. Miller & his staff are so awesome!! Hands down the best Dentist in Columbus!!! They even offer anesthesia free procedures!!! No needles, no drill, no numbness!!
