Todays visit..June 14th-Definite 5⭐I cant say that about my last few visits! But they hired in New staff and they were absolutely amazing. Dental assist.Carly -Sweet,Kind,bubbly personality! Lab tech:John came out and helped explain what they were doing to make me more comfortable! Dentist:Shamsi he was kind,gentle,explained everything they were doing and gonna do! They kept checking on me!! I was glad I didnt have to show my self..cuz I was very unhappy with past visits! But they made up for it all in one visit..I had to have all my teeth pulled and dentures---Scared! But thanks to them! My husband looked at me..I was smiling without covering my mouth..1st time in a long time...and said. I feel like I got my wife back

Went in for a free consultation for a denture as in their advertisement. They insisted I had to first get a complete X-rays and exam. I argued that I wanted to discuss the denture, the free consultation, did not want x-rays. Lady, Betty, got mad at me. While doing the x-rays she pushed the button on the last x-ray eleven times giving me a large dose of x-radiation thru the front to the back of my head. Now I have to take medicine for low thyroxin due to damage. I would not recommend going to these unreasonable hotheads that have no ethics or morality. There action was clearly against the ADA rules for respect of patients care and I also think false advertiseing. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Shamsi was the best. Im terrified of going to the dentist. I have had a lot of work done on my mouth since a little girl. I can say that if he doesnt stay there I will follow him. I called on a Monday morning with a toothache got me in the same day. The truth cannot be saved so they worked me in that same day and removed it and made a new tooth all in one day. I was impressed! The dental hygentist was very easy comma patient come. The lab assistant they were all very caring and sweet. The only thing I think they could do to make them a five star would be to clean the chairs down with bleach because you can see the discoloration and where on them which makes them appear to be dirty.

Everything was great! The dental hygienist and the dentist were both super friendly and personable and made me feel at ease! I dont trust doctors and I dont like dentists but I would highly recommend aspen dental. They are honest with you and do not try to tell you something is wrong just to get more services from you! All the staff was friendly and happy!! The only complaint I would make was the wait time. I was a first time patient so maybe that made it longer than usual but I was told 45 minutes on the phone and it took closer to an hour and a half to get out of there. It was well worth h the wait though!!!!!

This experience was HORRIBLE. The dental assistant and front desk people were very kind and helpful, however the dentist was another story. He was charging me almost $600 per wisdom tooth to be removed and then $700 in sedation charges. The total surgery would have put me in serious debt. Fortunately I was advised to look into other options and I am saving almost $1500. I cant comment on their technical skills, I am sure they do fine work, but I came in expecting this to be an affordable option. I dont recommend anyone go here for any serious dental work.

I recently when to Aspen Dental and in one visit they help me out so I can get my smile back. My teeth have been destroy for many years with no way of me getting them fix and with the help of Aspen Dental I can finally smile again and feel pain free and I dont have to pay a large sum of money. People at Aspen Dental are very kind and helpful and went out of there way to make sure I was ok. Thank you Dr. Losier and Nicole you really help me get my smile back and my life back to.

They have been very helpful and timely.The staff is extremely friendly and work quickly. My only complaint is that when a procedure had to be escalated from a filling to a root canal. I was expected to wait over a week to get it fixed. Then even after complaining about the now greatly increased pain, I had to contact the multiple times in order to get it taken care of timely. In the end though they did get my issue taken care of and I guess that is what matters.

I contacted the Marion, IN office to inquire about the process of getting dentures. The staff & Doctors were very friendly and went out of their way to make you the most comfortable possible. I was terrified of dentists and the staff made every step of my journey as pleasant as can be. 5 Stars all the way! If Id known this was the way it would be, I would not have waited years to get my teeth taken care of.

During my visit they had the wrong tooth scheduled for treatment. I made an appointment for the correct tooth only to be called later to change the appointment because the doctor didnt work on Mondays. Two days prior to the appointment Aspen called again and needed to change the appointment for a second time. I cancelled the appointment and will not return.

My first experience with the staff at Aspen Dental was very positive! After not going to the dentist in a few years and searching for a new practice, I decided to give this a try. In one visit I was able to get everything done including exam, cleaning and fillings. The staff was professional, accommodating and friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

My visit was wonderful. The staff all got along and provided me with the care I need. The hygienist was very caring and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. The dentist clearly explained all treatment that needed to be done and was very educational. Overall was a great visit and I cant wait to go back in 6 months to get my teeth cleaned again!

I went in last year for a cleaning/xray under yearly services provided by my dental insurance...they did procedures that they billed for that where not part of normal cleaning and I got stuck with the bill. Also they refused to follow my dental insurances policy of always filing with primary insurance first then dental.
