People were friendly. However, I told them up front that I wanted accurate quote for what each visit would cost (I know dentist trips can be expensive). So they estimated the amount out based off my insurance. I was told each time that I would be responsible for X amount. So at the end of both appointments, I paid X amount. Then about two weeks after my last visit, I received two invoices totally for another $250. So I call to inquire, assuming its a mistake. It wasnt, their estimate was over $250 off...So unhappy with those results, I paid the balance off and was content to find a new Dentist in town. Just this afternoon (3 or so weeks later) I received a call noting that when my insurance sent in the payment, the Dentist Office had an error, and applied the whole payment to my balance, when it was intended for more than one customer. So now I owe them another $250 because they made another error. I will not be returning to this office, and I strongly recommend against it if youre looking for a Dentist in the Warsaw area.

While the dental service and care I received were excellent, the customer service on the billing end of things was horrible. They told me when I made the appointment that they were in-network with my insurance but they arent, which meant that they ended up billing me for the entire service (6 months after services were rendered). In the time spent attempting to work out payments, they are never available to take a phone call, they talk down to you as if you dont understand in- and out-of-network insurance, they refuse to work with you on making payments, and they never returned any messages or letters I sent. They tell you that they will get back to you but they never do. Any time I call their office, a machine tells me "all circuits are busy" and hangs up the call. Ive made it clear to them that I will never be going back and have since found another much better provider.

How can you describe the most rewarding experience you have ever had? To not only have the best dental health care but the best dental health education and instruction on how to take care of yourself at home; to go above and beyond what other dental care facilities go through. They treat you as an individual and like youre the only person in the room. They are genuinely concerned about you and your health. I cant describe how thankful I am for this office and the doctors and staff. Their number one priority is their patients. This office goes beyond being dental professionals. They treat you not just as patients, but as a friend. What is not to love? These dental implants were the best thing that ever happened to me. For anyone who is considering them, dont hesitate. Just do it. I did not go through an ounce of pain. God bless Doctor Beth. Shes blessed me.

Dr Steve and Mandy are the best! I just got my braces off today and they made my experience really great thru the whole process. Explained what they were doing and what the next step was going to be. They are very professional and very good at their jobs, but are also very nice and very pleasant to be around. I totally enjoyed and appreciated the time they spent to give me a beautiful smile. The entire staff is also so friendly and helpful. My family and I have been patients of Dr Steve and his father for many years. I recommend Dental Health to anyone that wants quality dental care with a friendly atmosphere.

Everyone in this office is simply amazing. I am not only a patient, but am a past employee. It was a true joy to work with all of these women and Drs, I am thankful to now being a patient. The front staff gals--Shelley, Tracy and Carolee are top notch people! My usual hygienist Heather Beery is phenomenal! And Dr. Andrea, Olivia and Jeanette (because they are my usual Doc and her assistants)--enough cant be said about these people. The whole staff at Dental Health PC truly strive to make themselves and others better by their work and attitudes. Thanks to all of you!

This is by far the best office in town! The doctors and staff are great. I have been a patient in the office for many years. They are always willing to explain what care I need and why I need it. The front desk ladies are always willing to go the extra mile to explain the insurance and billing process to me. The whole office speaks to me in words I can understand~not in that fancy dental language. Everyone in the office is always kind and compassionate. There are far too many wonderful things about this office to list them all!

This is our familys dentist. We have been seeing Dr. Hollar and Dr Schwenn for about 15 years now. The service is always personable and professional. It is comforting to be greeted by the same smiling faces every-time you have an appointment. It seems like most of the hygienist and office staff have been there for the entire 15 years! That says a lot to me when a medical office retains its staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I almost forgot to mention - I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the reception area.

My 3 children have went to Dental Health for their past 2 cleanings. I cant say enough about Heather, the hygienist that cleaned their teeth. She made my youngest, who tends to be be very cautious, feel very comfortable in the chair. Her friendly demeanor and genuine concern for her patients are obvious as she works on each one. I highly recommend this office and especially Heather for anyone that may be apprehensive about dental appointments.

This office is the best dental office I have ever been to. Their professional office staff is friendly, and I have never had a better cleaning. Doctor Hollar was very nice and a great dentist. I had a great experience with him putting in my fillings. He cares for patients on a personal level and treats them based on their individual needs. The doctors and staff are awesome! They make everything so easy for you when you come in, from scheduling appointments to dealing with insurance. Also, there is more than one doctor, so I never worry about my appointments getting cancelled or not being able to get in if I needed. They make keeping up with my dental visits very easy and actually make them not so bad to go to, even if I have to get a filling!

Having grown up in the pre-novocaine era, Ive always hated going to the dentist, but I feel quite comfortable with Dr. Steve and his assistants. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, making any procedure as comfortable as possible. I really appreciate Dr. Steve being upfront and completely honest about procedure options. He really knows his stuff and I know I would never need to get a second opinion.
