The point of an appointment is to be seen at that time or somewhere close to it. Everytime I come here I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour just to get taken back. In which, I end up waiting another 15 minutes just to be SEEN. Terrible service. Love Dr. Barnes. However, the staff need some training. It takes him almost 15 minutes to fill in a cavity. I should not be at that dentist for nearly 2 hours almost. Too much wait time. Frankly thats the best dentist in town. Get your stuff together guys.

Complete imbeciles! Its a shame too because the dr is a nice person. Hes not the best doctor but definitely needs a better staff around him. Basically everyone but the dr is a clueless dip$:)&! The office manager Betty is a senile psychotic waste of space-and she takes up a bunch of it! I wouldnt go there if my head was sewn to their carpet. Trust me stay away

Nobody knows what they are doing except Mr. Barnes. You have to wait for Mr. Barnes to get done with everyone that came before you just to get service because nobody else knows what they are doing.
