THEY GAVE ME THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! 0 STARS! They told me I had two cavities and then treated me for three on the same day. During which my 12 year old self was given no anesthesia or numbing medicine while they drilled holes so deep in my teeth I felt the drill on my roots. I tried my best to not kick, scream, and cry, but my did so regardless reflexively in pain. They then gave me numbing medicine AFTER the treatment, and thats probably because I was crying. After their treatment my teeth became sensitive and eating or drinking cold drinks, cold foods, hot foods, and sweets. Every time one of those items hits or go near my molars it feels even WORSE than their treatment. I went back 3 times to fix it but its still the same after 2.5 years. It was caused by giving the filing the teeth too deeply too! The second time I went back the dentist kept changing my answers to whatever HE thought right when I was explaining MY problems, such as Im more sensitive to cold water would be changed to me being more sensitive to hot foods when I never said that. The same guy wound up making the sensitivity even worse. I have received MUCH better treatment at the UofL school of childrens dentistry and the dentists working on me hadnt even graduated yet. I would NEVER recommend anyone come here especially if theyre children.

I know a lot of people see 5 stars and wonder if its really that great well I can tell you this. One Thursday I went to a "Family" dental place at 9am for teeth removal for them to only give me the run around till 3:30 then which the guy told me he didnt feel right removing my teeth unless I got my dentures through them. So about 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon I find this place u call spoke to a very kind lady who when I asked if they could fit me in asked why I called so late and before I could answer she said "let me guess you are at this family dental place" I was amazed but only to find out that day alone 3 other people had same issue with the "family" dental place. Well must say 5:00 pm Thursday afternoon they got me in took x-rays and was able to pull all 24 teeth I had the Dr. Even stayed an hour after closing to finish the procedure I am shocked to say the least this young Dr. Took his time was caring understanding and very good with his work Sorry for such a long post but I felt just the 5 stars wasnt enough to even begin to explain it. Thank you all at Comfort Dental.

My son has has his fair share of problems with his teeth but a 8 hr root canal made him terrified of dentist he was 19 when this happened he wouldnt go back to another dentist well I found this and he went the first vist he met Dr cannon he fell in love with the staff and how the Dr and every one treated him he will not go to another dentist no matter how booked they are he will wait in pain now they have a new dentist her name is Sarah bc Dr cannon moved back to az but she is amazing a young funny caring and compassionate woman that tends to every terrified tromatic experience she takes all that away sorry for such a long review but this place is definitely worth the time and wait and once your there your never in the waiting room more than 5 mins before U are called back there great!!!!!

I cannot rave enough at what an awesome facility this is!! I got an appointment the day I called (in horrible pain) services were done that day and I never waited more than 10 minutes for anything! Dr. Cannon is extremely nice and professional. I got wisdom teeth pulled with no pain ,discomfort or complications. Everyone from Brittany at the front desk to the young woman that took my xrays were just pleasent. I went on a special and paid nothing. After I got my results, they made getting a finance plan simple. I would recommend Dr. Cannon and his staff to EVERYONE!!!!

Kentucky Farm Fun

My first experience was really pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean and sanitary. Dr. Vong wasnt just thorough and professional but also very friendly. He seems very genuine and actually takes the time (unlike most dentists) to explain everything to you in a very personable and down-to-earth manner. I have already referred others to Comfort Dental and I will continue to see them as my personal dentist.

They are a decent dentist. But they told me I would pay price for the next visit, and when I showed up for my appointment they tried to charge the than double what was quoted. And oddly enough it was more this time for the exact same work I had been done the last appointment. Make sure you ask what you are paying before you pay. Kinda felt like they were trying to pull a bait and switch.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. When going here they really eased my mind and made everything as easy as possible for me. They also made me feel very comfortable. They really do live up to their name. I would recommend them up anyone. This place was awesome!!!

Dr. Harrison Vong took great care of my dental work. He took an extensive investigation of my dental history before making any decision; I felt equal in decision making. He made sure I couldnt feel anything before starting the restoration.

Its pretty bad when my insurance tells me I dont have a limit and this place keeps telling me I maxed out. Dont go here, they have liars that work here.
