Today I went in at 8:30 to get two crowns done. Due to my anxiety I was given a Valium the night before and a pill when I was there to put me to sleep. I was pulled back into the room from the lobby by Amanda. I was told I had to have a driver and he needed to stay the entire time I was there. She calls me back with no explanation of what is going to take place and I looked back at my boyfriend and said "I dont know what is going on either but maybe the front desk can help" Once I go back they give me another pill and said they would be bavk in 45 mins. I dont remember them coming back in and or doing the work... this is great news. They went and got my boyfriend at 11:10 and said he could come back and get me. He did and we left. Again no explanation of next step, follow up appt etc. I came home and woke up at 1:30 in horrible pain with my left side of my face throbbing. I call the dentist he says its common no pain meds. I told him I wanted to come bavk in and have him look at it today bcs something is off. It is not normal pain. It is the deep down jaw pain as I have had when I need a root canal. He said no I would need to go to a specialist now..... I begged him in tears to just let me come back in there and have him look at it and he point blank denies me. He gave me the number of another dentist to call in fishers. Mind you this is after he just received $2400 payment for his services. I have since called the root specialist and she was nice enough to squeeze me in at 8:10 tomorrow morning. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review publicly on a forum let alone a negative one. I own a business and have no dental insurance. I pay cash and pay infull for all my procedures. In the last 4 years I have paid over $10,000 to this dentist. All I wanted to do was come back in and have then look at it. My bite is off, my face is swollen and the throbbing/pulsing is not normal. I feel village saxony is all about maximizing their profit not on their patient care. I will not be going back and will encourage all of my clients to also not go to Village Saxon. Thankful today to be ranked in the top 50 realtors in the state of Indiana as my connections are endless!

Not only is Village Dental at Saxony beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but the staff are professional, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure every need and concern are taken care of. I have severe anxiety surrounding dentist visits and everyone from the receptionist to the doctors made sure I felt at ease. Until now, Ive avoided preventative dentistry like the plague, only making an appointment when theres severe pain. They never shamed me for my aversion to dentist visits and were so, so kind. I had my new patient visit yesterday. My hygienist, Megan, made certain I was 100% comfortable before beginning my exam, x-rays, and cleaning. She was knowledgable, friendly, and comforting. Dr. Talbot outlined my treatment plan and talked to me about my options and the best course of action. Dr. MacIntyre was able to remove a broken molar this morning with ease and absolutely no pain on my end. Im so relieved to finally have found a dentist office I can trust, and Im finally comfortable enough to make preventive visits instead of letting things get out of hand.

I was referred to Village Dental at Saxony by a good friend who recommended them. My first visit was great! From the office staff to the doctors and assistants, they were so friendly and were really knowledgeable. Ive been to other dentists in the past, and Ive always walked away with my teeth sore from the cleaning. Dr. Pam was so gentle and did a wonderful job. Dr. Talbott was quick and efficient and very nice as well. Erica was also really great in explaining any questions I had. For example, she pointed out things that no other dentist has before and solutions to what I could do. (I grind my teeth at night, which I did not know, and she pointed out how she could tell I do that and came up with a plan to help fix my grinding issues.) She makes you feel super comfortable and talks to you like youve known each other for years. The T.V.s and free teeth whitening are a plus as well! Im trying to get my fiancé to switch offices! Is it weird that Im looking forward to going to my dentist in 6 months? Thanks guys!

I have been going to Village Dental at Saxony for several years now, and I have had nothing but positive experiences! The staff is very courteous and professional, always welcoming you with a smile. The waiting area feels very much like home, with comfortable couches/seating and a TV. They are prompt, as I have never had to wait more than five minutes to be brought back for my appointment. I have seen two dentists here, and both are kind and make you feel comfortable. They use modern, up-to-date technology that my previous dentist definitely did not have. I have never felt pressured into any services and feel the dentist always explains options available. My favorite part about coming here is they have TVs in each room, one while you are sitting up and one on the ceiling, which definitely helps you forget you are at the dentist! Overall, I highly recommend Village Dental at Saxony to anyone looking for a high-quality dentist and a comfortable experience.

This dental practice is extremely over the top. I am not a dental fan but I do my cleanings and any fillings, etc. and each time they are extremely patient and caring to my needs. We started going to Dr. David Bender when he first opened his practice and he was great! He has expanded and is so up-to-date with tomorrows technology. I am extremely impressed each time that his staff is so professional and caring, starting with the office staff, dental assistants, to each dentist. I love the fact that they do everything in house now. I recently had to get an implant and this procedure has exceeded my expectations! They genuinely care and follow up with phone calls, sometimes even twice! They have really made my "not wanting to go so much" to "this is not so bad and I love to see their smiley faces". I highly recommend Village Dental to anyone in the market needing or wanting to check out a new place. You will not be disappointed!!

After not being to the dentist for 10 years (!!!) I decided to overcome my fear and book an appointment. Boy was I surprised at what an amazing experience this was. Everyone is upfront and friendly. They explained everything to me and welcomed my questions. They showed me the X-Rays of all my teeth, did a comprehensive cleaning with a fluoride gel, and gave me a prescription toothpaste. They were honest about which products to use and didnt try to push any products or services on me. There are TVs above every chair to help you zone out, and they offer free lifetime whitening with a custom made tray! Also, the payment options are extremely reasonable. Dr. Talbott was very compassionate and honest with me and laid out a couple different treatment options. As a patient, Im actively involved in my dental care plan which is great. I couldnt be happier with my visit and Im actually looking forward to coming back!
