My experience in the office was fantastic! The staff is awesome. It was Dr. V who was awful! He clearly didnt read my chart because I stated that I NEEDED topical. He sat down, barely spoke to me and just began yanking in my mouth. I had to TELL HIM that I needed him to stop and put some topical on my gums. I like going to the dentist ironically, but this was the WORST experience I have had ever. From the looks of other comments I have to trust that the day I went he was just a little off his game, but I will not be going back.

My boyfriend came here for a tooth extraction. They made him the 3 separate appointments. On the 3rd it was a cleaning and THEY CHIPPED HIS TOOTH?! Go here if you need a cheap extraction. Dont go here if you obviously dont want your teeth to get messed up. Ive also had trouble with one of the receptionists being rude to me. She was very snarky when it came to setting up a number to call me to remind me about his appointments .

Dr. Valez is an obvious expert at extractions. I was nervous for two days about the procedure. Ive never had a tooth pulled as an adult and I have an irrational fear of pain. Dr. Valez was cognizant of my anxiety and made sure i was adequately numb and consciously sedated. He yanked that tooth out with one swift tug! Thank you to the whole staff! Highly Recommended!!!

I have had many problems with Aspen Dental and finally found some one that know how to make plates that last. And fit like they should. Been over a year now And they are as comfortable as when i left your office. Thank you Nick and the rest of the crew.

Ive been with Doctor Valez since I was 5 or 6 years old. I am now 23. Hes always been gentle and explains exactly what each procedure entails. They are very affordable and willing to work with you. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
