Scheduled an appointment and showed for appointment early. Was left sitting in waiting room for 25 minutes past my appointment time. After 20 minutes I called my husband and told him I was giving them five more minutes. The receptionist proceeded to tell me (after hearing my angry conversation) that the hygienist was running behind. She then stated that she could let the hygienist know that I was on a time crunch. Time crunch or not, shouldnt you try to work in a timely manner since I had an appointment. After 25 minutes I left. The funny part is this dentist office will hound you for days prior to your appointment to make sure you are going to show, but they have such little regard for your time. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dentist nor will my family.

I have always had a problem with cavities throughout my life, so dental visits were prone to anxiety. It was not until I visited Dr Kimmel at McCordsville Family Dentistry that I felt like my problems were being addresses in regard to the health of my entire mouth, rather than a filling here and there. No other dentist had ever mentioned the problems that I may have in the future if certain issues were not attended to. Even with complicated procedures I have always left happy and confident that my teeth are great hands. The office staff is great and explain what is going on and how my insurance works.

After going to three other dentists in the area and being unhappy, I found Dr. Kimmel and his staff at McCordsville Family Dentistry. They are nice, gentle, and genuinely excited about oral health. All of the members of my family (even my toddler) go to Dr. Kimmel. His first priority is a happy environment for my kids, as he wants to make visiting the dentist a positive experience. Hes not judgemental and doesnt scold for any reason. His office staff is kind and works well with my insurance carriers. I could not be happier.

Im new to the Fishers area and was looking for a dentist near Olio Rd. I stumbled upon McCordsville Family Dentistry and loved the atmosphere and the people. My dental assistant was great and full of enthusiasm and knowledge. I have recommended friends and family to Dr. Kimmel and wanted to show some love to a dentist who really cares. Thanks Dr. Kimmel!
