I recently found out about the office via the mailer card. Which I found to be convienient. I had not been to a dentist in about 7 years so I went in expecting a lengthy bill. I found the receptionist staff to be polite and helpfull in signing and filling out the 4 pages of new patient papers. The hygienist was nice polite and professional. The dentist was also polite and professional and made the effort to have a connection with the patient. The overall visit took a little longer than I had hoped. Over the phone I was told it could take up to 1.5 hrs and it was closer to 2 hrs. Since I was on my lunch break I will plan my appointments better next time. The office seemed to have a up sale oriented goal. Being in a business my self that survives on commission I was able to detect the sales pitches. Im not sure if the cost is more for the digital mouth camera scope but to me it just seems like a sales tool that hopefully the patient doesnt get charged for. They seem to spend a lot of time stressing the work that can be done in thier office. Part of that reason I think is because they are experts in what can be done in thier office. But I think thier services could be more well rounded by giving more insight into things done out of thier office. Specifically with my experience having all 4 wisdom teeth removed. All in all there were some things I wish cod have been different about my visit, some things I realize no one has control over, and some things that I liked. I would recommend people to this office but be prepared to pick and choose the services you want to do; if you havent been tithe dentist in a while atleast.

STAY AWAY from this dental office!!!. I should have listened to the reviews before going. I had a horrible first cleaning experience and follow up filling procedure that cost more than I was quoted. The hygienists are friendly, but thats about it. The dentist will overcharge for procedures that were previously quoted and not say anything until you pay before leaving. I actually felt like she was going to break my jaw after numbing my mouth for my filling. My neck muscles locked up and she forced my jaw open until I screamed to stop. After the procedure my teeth were sensitive for over a month. To say I was pissed is an understatement since I have never experienced this much negligence in over 30+ years of visiting a dentist. Then, 8 months later, I received about 10-12 calls from a scheduler at their office to schedule my next appointment. When they were asked to contact me 2 months prior. After the numerous calls informing this scheduler that I would call her back and she continued to call every day 2-3x a day, my family and I decided to visit a different dental practice. As soon as I let the office staff know we were moving, a day later I receive a bill via email for outstanding balances. For what? I was forced to pay all outstanding bills before leaving my visits. I will file a formal complaint with the insurance company to investigate their billing practices. I regret even giving them a chance.

Fall Creek Dentistry has been taking care of all my dental needs for 9+ years ever since I moved back to Indiana in 2007. From the hygienists like Denise, Danielle their dental assistant, Drs. Greenaway and Wright, to Andrea their office manager, they run a 1st class business. Their entire staff is extremely friendly, compassionate, sincere and above all very thorough during appointments and check-ups. I have had everything done from cleanings to whitening to invisalign treatments all completed with excellent care and skill. A few years ago I went thru cancer. I had come in for one of my bi-annual visits after I had finished my final chemo session and the staff gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I was so touched by their kindness. They truly care about my dental health and overall well-being. Their office is in a great location with plenty of convenient parking (not always the case when you go places). The rooms where you have your cleanings have large windows that offer lots of sunlight and adds to the overall personal warmness of their office. This is especially comforting when you are in the dental chair and during the dreary winter months! How many people can say they actually look forward to going to their dentist? Well, I do and Fall Creek Dentistry is the reason.

I just recently moved to the area, my husband & I recieved a flyer in the mail for a discounted rate for a regular exam, we needed a local dentist so I called & made two appointments for annual cleaning. Between the two of us we were told that over $7800 worth of dental work was needed. These procedures needed were 11 cavities, wisdom teeth pulled (not even included in the total), & periodental disease. They sat us down, created a payment plan & stressed the importance of getting all the work done asap. Of course, none of this was in our budget. Thankfully we have a family friend that is a dentist in my husbands hometown & we were headed back for a visit, so we scheduled to get our cavitites fixed by them. Much to our shock & disappointment we had ZERO of the 11 cavitites they had found, my husband does NOT needed his wisdom teeth pulled, & the procedure that I had to go thru for my "so called" peridental disease was not needed. Thankfully we are only out $400 total. If you need a dentist DO NOT go to this one!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB today.

I heard about Fall Creek Dentistry through mailers and also Google search. The staff is very nice and gentle. I definitely got my moneys worth. The only things I didnt like about this place [were that they dont give you options for payment plans, half up front prior to the appointment and the other half at the time of service. Also, I asked for a discount to pay all in full at the time of service and the finance girl had said she would be able to give me 10% off only if I paid everything in full before I even set an appointment, seemed a little odd that I couldnt get the 10% when I paid in full at the appointment before services. I need $500 worth of work for 2 cavities and Ive never had a cavity in my life. It is shocking to me that now I have 2. I will be getting a second opinion just because of the fact that Ive almost been scammed before through this same process.

FCD has been taking care of me since I moved to Indiana over 4yrs ago. The staff there are all very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring. I always appreciate it when they go out of their way to send me appointment reminders and even call to check up on me the day after a procedure. They are also flexible with my treatment plans as they work around my schedule. When needed, they made the referral process super smooth and fast. The fact that most of the staff has been working there since I starting going there, proves that they have a healthy work environment, they feel appreciated and they love what they do! You can feel it in the atmosphere and see it in the pictures in their waiting room and in their newsletters. Trust me...Im literally there monthly for my dental care needs. No patient knows them better than myself
