I cant begin to tell you how annoyed I felt with Smiling Kids Pediatric Dentistry Noblesville. I called and scheduled my appointment for 10:50 am verified the time several times as I made notes with the scheduler she also informed me that I could fill out the paperwork online to speed up the process upon arriving. With a 2 year old I took advantage of this option. I filled the paperwork out after getting off the phone. A few days later we arrived for my sons first dentist appointment a few minutes early. I go to check in and tell her I filled out all the paperwork online, she tells me you were scheduled at 10:00.... I informed her I wrote everything down and the appointment was for 10:50. So we take a seat to wait and she then tells me I cant find your paperwork in our system. By this time Im feeling very annoyed. So I fill the paperwork out again. After about 45 minutes we were taken back to an open room with a row of open tables, not as described on their website video that youre in your own room. I felt like my childs dental experience was totally exposed. Very turned off by this! After waiting for another 20 minutes the dental hygienist finally came over to clean my sons teeth. He goes by a nickname that I informed her of, prior to his cleaning. I totally understand that a childs first dental experience isnt probably going to be a positive one and I was prepared for that... We then began a lap to lap cleaning he was visible getting more and more upset and she kept cleaning away. I had to stop her from pinning him down to give my child a break. I was so disgusted by her lack of professionalism. Once we finished the cleaning, she went to get the dentist. * note she never flossed his teeth The dentist then came into the big open room, the dental hygienist then said, "hes going by (insert nickname) today." The dentist then showed me how to fishhook my son to get into his mouth easier, when he was visibly still upset. Then told me, his teeth seem a little tight in the back, weall have to talk about orthodontics once hes about seven. WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! HES 2!!!! Hes not even fully developed. We then went to the front desk to check out and she was persistent about getting me to reschedule again in 6 months. Even after our horrible experience, I remained courteous about not wanting to reschedule at this time. Beware of taking your precious children to this place. Im not one to leave a review, but this was just awful on every level!

This is by far the worst Pediatric Dentist that I have ever experienced . I was told that I was not allowed to go with my 4 year old during his treatment which made me very uneasy . I reassured myself that with the laughing gas he would not have a issue . I could hear him and other kids in the back screaming as if they were being tourcherd . As soon as I was about to say something Dr. Swati came to me and said she was having a hard time with Aiden . I told her in a professional manner that her policy of a parent and especially a parent of a young child should not be separated . She began to argue with me like as if I did not understand her policy and showed me where my wife signed off on it . I gave her a suggestion not doubt her policy . After being told that I could join them in the back there is another child screaming and being held down by a grown man . No parent insight . For a cleaning really. No wonder why they dont want parents back there. On top of this I go back to the room where they have my child and it looks like a operation room at a ER. No kids pictures on the wall cealing nothing . Not even a cartoon on the Tv. for my child . After informing them of this and recommending making it a little more kid friendly I could see she was taking offense to this and she then became really unprofessional saying she was not going to finish my kids procedure with one filling done and one half way done. I told her she need to finish that last tooth which she did. I wish we would have never came here at all . Looks modern and nice no doubt but for adults . Dont trust this place with your children they only care about one thing and thats turning profit it shows with there lack of being child friendly . I was going to move on and not share this horrible experience until I received this letter from them today what a joke. I thought maybe a thank you letter for my recommendation and that they where sorry I had a bad experience not even close. They could have saved there paper and a stamp . Did she really think I would ever go back after this experience. It basically reads Due to my lack of cooperation reguarding my childs treatment her office has determined that they would no longer treat my kids . If I can find a way to post this joke of a letter I will include it. Dont find out the hard way . Dont trust someone that gives herself a 5 star review and acts as if was a customer . Good luck

I took my daughter to the Noblesville Kids Dentistry yesterday to get fillings and I got her back looking like half a joker. They left a scratch from the corner of her lip to the bottom of her cheek. They also left "freckles" of bruising on the side of her face. Up until yesterday we only had good experiences there. I understand children can be difficult in those situations but the dentist didnt even speak to me after she was done with the fillings, no one mentioned how the scratch happened, the tiny drop of blood on her shirt, or the slight bruising of her face. Ugh, now my daughter hates the dentist and I feel guilty for taking her.

Staff is caring, careful and wonderful. My son has had some pretty bad experiences with dentists in Noblesville and Fishers. We were in and out quickly with the issues resolved to my son and my expectations. He is not worried about returning and appreciated that the dentist and staff did not "lecture"him. They took some time to help him understand why his dental health is so important and why he needs to care about it! Dont hesitate to go to Dr. Sengh. She was very helpful with a child with major sensitivites.
