Kim started my visit talking to me about another patient who she suspected to be drunk, and later treated me as if I was seeking drugs because I asked if my mouth would be tender from my treatment that day. I was told my treatment would total $231, and so far I have been billed $417 , and the filling I received from Emilee is the worst filling that has ever been put in my mouth; its rough, and has a piece that scratches my tongue. Overall I am not satisfied with this office and will never go back. I would suggest office etiquette training, pay closer attention to your employees work, and be honest to your patients about their fees; the dentists perky personality doesnt make up for dishonesty.

Recently had a few appointments including a sedation appointment, and I very much appreciated everyones attention and care. I could not be more pleased with everything. All the staff, from the doctor, hygienist, front desk staff, everyone was very professional, patient, and caring. Cant say at this point I will look forward to my next appointment, but they have removed the apprehension I had regarding trips to the dentist. First time I can say this in a long time after visiting many different dental offices. Would highly recommend Dr. Jay and his staff to anyone, especially someone who has any reservations about going to the dentist.

Dr. Jay and his entire staff are amazing! Theyre very skilled, friendly, flexible, responsive, and all-around great people. Theyll work with you to find solutions to your problems, and offer inexpensive nitrous and sedation dentistry options for comfort. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Jay for the last 2 years, and well keep going!
