My experience with German Church Road Family Dentistry has been wonderful, and it has been wonderful for me and my family for many, many years. I have been a patient for over 30 years. Before Dr. Uhl came to the practice, Dr. Mark Williams was my dentist. Dr. Williams and his staff have come to seem like part of my family. I confess to being a little apprehensive when I knew Dr. Williams was retiring, but now I feel the same way about Dr. Uhl that I felt about Dr. Williams. I know he is an excellent dentist, and I trust him and his staff completely. They are excellent professionals and marvelous people. Dr. Uhl and his team treat me, my husband, my daughter. and my granddaughter. Until she died, they treated my mother. I have recommended German Church Road Family Dentistry to numerous friends and acquaintances, many of whom became and still are patients. I cannot say enough good things about German Church Road Family Dentistry.

Going to the dentist has always been an anxiety of mine. After not going to one for many years and hearing great things about German Church Family Dentistry, I realized it was time to get my whole family in for cleanings. I had made appointments for my kids to go first so I could check out the office and staff. From the time you walk in the door, the cleanliness of the office and friendliness of the staff really stand out! Dr Uhl is wonderful with kids so my children took right to him. The dental hygienist was also excellent with my kids and talked them right through everything! They even picked out a surprise at the very end!! Needless to say, my husband and I were back shortly after to get our teeth cleaned and some overdue cavities filled. Dr. Uhl and staff went out of their way to make sure my dental experience was less than stressful!! Looking forward to my next cleaning at German Church Family Dentistry!

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist. We tried a place and they told us that between the two of us, we had 17 cavities! We have always gotten our teeth cleaned every 6 months. Always! So this seemed crazy to us! We decided to try German Church Road Family Dentistry. No cavities! That was 5 years ago. Since then, we have been every 6 months and so have our two young boys. The staff is amazing and they take such good care of us. My boys actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist. Dr. Uhl is amazing at his job and makes the clients feel at ease. We have referred several people there and will continue to do so. We will never go anywhere else!

I have been going to GCR Dentistry since Dr. Mark Williams opened the office for over 30 years. I really bothers me the direction the staff is going now. I feel they are in business for the money. On my last cleaning visit, I was told that 5 of my teeth needed to be worked on even though I had no pain or problem from the teeth. I admit being naive and agreed to the work not realizing that this would take me over my insurance maximum limit. I ended up owing a lot of money and teeth that now hurt. I feel that work was done that could have been put off and the work was sub standard.

Wonderful experience. Welcoming staff and the care you expect. Dr. Uhl is extremely patient, provides an immense level of expertise and instills the professional confidence, I need, as a patient. All procedures are explained, scheduled to my availability and performed with quality dental care in a professional uplifting environment. The entire staff makes me feel at home and shows a genuine concern for my dental needs. I am grateful that I am a patient at the finest dental office in Indianapolis. For years, I had not smiled confidently. My 2 front teeth had fillings and the teeth appeared discolored. Dr. Uhl and his awesome staff suggested porcelain crowns. I said "lets do this". They sent me to this great lab in Irvington, where they matched the color from my other teeth. I was nervous about the procedure, but its such a calm, comfortable atmosphere at GCR everything went well. And now my 2 front teeth look AMAZING. I am thankful for all the staff there. Ive been smiling from ear to ear everyday, since I received my crowns. Kristy K

Dr. Uhl and staff at German Church Rd Family Dentistry are AMAZING. On our last visit, myself, Jameson (5) and Jhett (2) all had cleanings today. Our Hygienist, Trina, is FABULOUS! She had even bought Jameson a flash light and had it waiting for her, as a her special prize. She provides toys to occupy the kids time, and turns on cartoons. Her and Dr. Uhl explain everything to kids. Dr Uhl has a great bedside manner and is patient with my kids. I highly recommend them!

Everyone is so kind and genuine in this office. I received over the top care and comfort while in the office. I was late for my appointment because of traffic and the office was so kind and understanding. Dr. Uhl is by far the most thorough and gentle Dentist I have ever experienced. I have had many cavities and braces as an adolescent so I have had my fair share of experience in the last 30 years. I would recommend this office to all of my family and friends!

Dental care can stress a person out. My dentist after 40+ years retired the beginning of this year. My sister referred me to Dr. Uhl. In an exam, Dr. Uhl uncovered a problem that was only going to get worse if I ignored. He explained the pros and cons of the procedure before he performed so I knew exactly what to expect. I followed his advice and I am pleased with the result. His office works with your calendar and the atmosphere is friendly and caring.

Ive been going to GCRFD for 30+ years (which actually used to be at Mitthoefer and Washington st. before the new building was built). My kids now go here and have since they were 3. They are 8 & 12 now. They look forward to coming because the always friendly staff makes it a fun experience for them. I couldnt ask for anything better.

My husband has been going to this office his entire life, along with my kids for the past 10 years. I have had a great experience. The staff is wonderful and caring, along with Dr. Uhl. The staff at GCR is always so pleasant. When you walk in, youre greeted by smiling faces that know you by name. Treatments are always easy to schedule and convenient. Dr. Uhl does a great job running a friendly office. I would highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.
