My family has gone to this location for about 4 years. In that time, we have had 3 dentists. Also in that time we have had to wait probably a total of 6 hours between all of our appointments and the practice not understanding about the concept of reserving a time for an appointment. The worst however came recently. They sent out a coupon regarding crowns. As I needed one, I thought Id schedule it. BIG mistake. Whatever they did prior to actually putting on the crown (2 week wait?), caused a massive infection in one of my teeth. I went back twice to get relief and each time was told that there was nothing that could be done. This is pain that had me rocking back and in forth many times a day holding my head. The last time I went back it was insinuated that I was making it up. WRONG! I had to go to an endodontist and have root canal work done on it. That person said the tooth was REALLY infected. I still havent gotten the problem completely fixed and its been a month. Horrible. We will never go there again.

I only blame myself today that I didnt leave this clinic earlier... What happened is not important, the important thing is my decision of leaving this clinic make me feel I am still alive. I no longer have feeling of being chased and no longer have complains from my wife, no longer have trouble of seeing more changed balance invoice, definitely increased one, LOL, never see a decreased one though....and finaly no longer worried about disputed balance will be submited to collect agent to damage my credit...everything seems to be more calm by getting rid of this clinic.. I want easy life and, though some of people @ the clinic are knowlegeable and nice, I am still happy I finally made my decision today to leave this clinic...good bye to everyone, and wish everybody are happy and enjoy life .....happy life again from now..

Brookschool Dental Care was suggested by 1-800-Dentists to me when I went to Delta Dental as my insurance carrier. Turned out, it was the best suggestion I had taken in a good while. The staff is great and very friendly and always upto date on all things. . Dr. Schroeder is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the procedures and the treatment that is needed. Recently I went for crown work and till he was satisfied with the final fitting of the crown, he was not wiling to put his name behind the procedure. That speaks a lot about the quality of care his practice provides. Than there is the dental assistant Doris, whose hand is so set on the procedures that it looks like a breeze for her. Great work ethic and a great place for Dental care. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care.

Not often I can say I enjoyed the Dentist but DR.Schroeder has taken this office to the next level. Penny does wonders working with me and my busy schedule trying to work me in around my odd hours, Melissa is awesome she deep cleaned my teeth and it was painless and in a timely manner,she also saved me a trip back because the appointment after mine there was an opening so she had me come back a half hour later and finished other side of my mouth, now that,s time management. My wife and four kids have also gone to Dr Schroeder for years and have nothing but great things to say about Brook School Dental Care. See you guys in October for my next Cleaning. Thanks for all you do

I absolutely love this place! I have now been there for a few appointments now and have had wonderful experiences every time! The office itself is clean, nice, and pretty, but not over the top to where you feel like youre paying too much for it. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and every person Ive had has been amazing. Dr. Schroeder, Doris, and Kate are the main people Ive seen and every one of them have made me feel super comfortable. (I used to have anxiety before going to the dentist and now I dont mind going at all!) I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Schroeder has been wonderful every single visit! He sees many patients and he still has always remembered a bit about me and my family. Not only was he and the staff accommodating when I had to take my daughter there, but they were super nice to her and to me. I had horrible experiences before with Dental work and he has been the first dentist that I have been comfortable with since I was 8 years old. We have been going back for the last 5 years and will keep going back. Wonderful facility and my daughter loves the huge fish tank too.

I have always been a "nervous nelly" when it came to dental visits! I have to say since Dr. Schroeder became my dentist, I no longer stress when its time for my appointments. He has replaced bridges and fillings and all without pain or repeat visits for adjustments.........every time the procedure has been perfect the first time. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable and professional..again, no pain or anxiety. I have recommended him to friends and family!

I have recently moved to the area and was in need of a good dentist. Its been a while for me, and the staff was extremely friendly and patient with me. They truly seemed to care about me and my dental health. I just had my very first cavity filling and it went very smoothly. The dentist as well as the dental hygienist took a lot of time explaining to me everything that was going on and what exactly they were doing! It was overall a great experience.

My family and I have been patients of this practice for several years. We have had wonderful experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have performed several services for us - cleanings, fillings, veneers, night guard to prevent grinding of teeth. Great work on my children and they always look forward to seeing the big fish tank. Dr. Schroeder is very knowledgeable and always takes the extra time to answer all our questions.

Didnt have a great experience. I was told a filling needed replaced. It never bothered me before going but I had to take a couple of trips back due to tenderness in the tooth after the filling. My wife was there for an hour and a half for a check up and had to leave before getting her teeth cleaned because she couldnt wait any more and had to get to work. I dont think well be back.

I absolutely love this place. Super friendly! I have recommend people to them and they love it as well. Great work ethnics, great personality, and very relaxing environment. Staff is awesome! Everyone hate going to the dentist so why not go to a place that you can say you enjoy. And I dont mind now when I have to go. :)
