This is an absolutely horrible place to come. I had an appointment for 4:15. When 4:44 came around I when back to the front desk and asked the very unprofessional lady at the front counter how much longer I had to wait. She told me 15-20 minutes longer. When I explained to her that I had been waiting 30 minutes already, she got smart with me and continue to argue by telling me they have walk ins that they need to assist. I had a set scheduled appointment and that was very frustrating. As I walked away to sit down, the lady I was speaking to tells the lady next to her that I was a stupid little girl. A walked back to ask her what she said N she said "what" like I didnt hear her. I told her that was very unprofessional of her to say that to a customer. She explained to me that I am "understanding" and said that I need to be professional. This is the absolute worst customer service Ive had in my entire life. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone that I know. I was treated like Im stupid . I do not appreciate it at all. I left the building before I was even seen to avoid any more terrible customer service.

Very poor and unprofessional service I called in to order contacts for my husband they said 2 weeks come to find out they had his prescription in store ready to go that day the lady at the front desk tells my husband I never called anything in after being very rude to my son and husband while waiting for his appointment which took a longer than a normal wait for a scheduled appointment should called in for the same refill on contacts 1 week ago also requesting the prescription they said 2 weeks yet again did not even place the order again I finally went myself catching up with the lady lying to my husband not only on me self but also catching her in other lies they apologized then threw in a few free things wow......after lying and being the most unprofessional you could possibly be I would give minus 2 stars if it would allow!!!! Never will we return and strongly encourage people to do the same!

Very good customer service from the staff. Always very pleasant and helpful. Getting in for an appointment is very easy and they have a pretty decent selection of high end brand name frames and sunglasses to choose from in addition to a small selection of lower end value type options. They take most major Insurance and offer a cash self paying discount if you dont have vision coverage on your current health insurance plan. Centrally located and easy to get to from anywhere in town as it is near the I-25 Central Ave. Exit. This location provides ample parking so that never is an issue even when they are busy. Best service in town unless if you want or need your glasses made the same day because youll have to go somewhere else.

I went to the ABBA in Pueblo on Northern Ave. I had to return a pair of glasses and the Manager Giovanna and optometrist Yvonne were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable in assisting me in getting the correct exchange and glasses needed for my daily use. THANK YOU FOR EDUCATING ME. I have been here 3 times in the past 7 years and been pleased with the guidance every time. They explained It all to me so I could understand and make the best choice for my lifestyle. Even the ladies at the front desk were so friendly when I walked in. A male staff member brought my friend, who was with me, an extra chair. I wont go anywhere else.

I had the friendliest experience of my life here. The staff was very kind and attentive during my appointment. Dr. Pierre is absolutely the greatest doctor I have ever had. He remembered who i was and made sure i felt secure and confident with my vision and my glasses. Yvonne and Ashley were also so kind and very professional. Ashley made me feel comfortable while doing my exam which makes a big difference and Yvonne was very helpful. She fixed my glasses for me quick, fast and took her time making sure I was confortable in them. She did a fantastic job! Thank you all for taking such good care of me and my vision!

Dr. Tobbler was terrific while giving me my eye exam completely thorough and very nice and answered all my questions with no problem. Tina my tech was also excellent when she started me off on my exam she was very nice and knowledgeable. Yvonne was terrific at finishing up my exam and appt. She is very nice and welcoming and had outstanding customer service. I enjoy coming to abba sure care at this branch they have great service, attentiveness and very nice and friendly and welcoming I will definitely be back with all of my future exams abba check ups.

I went into abba eye care today and they were very nice and friendly. Donovan Uballe and Tina were both nice and sweet, i had a hard time picking out which glasses i wanted and they helped me pick out which ones to get which to me was really nice because i can barely stand wearing glasses they got me ones that made me feel myself and comfortable. I really like this eye docter and their employees everyone was nice and friendly right when i walked thru their door. Good job Abba

Been going to abba for some time! But lately some people cant get on there. Yvonne has also been extremely rude lately! I experienced it myself, but also spoke to another worker that said shes become difficult. I hate to go somewhere and leave with my head low feeling like Ive done her wrong or maybe i am bothering her. So instead I leave with the wrong contacts and glasses. This sucks! Hopefully someone can help her learn to leave her personal problems at home!

On top of having the nicest, most informative and personable doctor Ive encountered in recent history, Tina and Donovan make this place fantastic! Tina was fun to talk to, professional and pleasant. Donovan took the time to make sure my husband and I got exactly what we wanted, even if it took us forever to make decisions. This was the most relaxed, enjoyable trip to the eye doctor ever; thanks guys, we left very happy because of you!

I recently went to Abba for my Eye care, and I had great visit. Tiffini Bobain was very knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and give the best customer service. She helped me save some money. The Dr was amazingly sweet, and professional, and answered all my questions. I had a great over all experience their. I would highly recommend Abba to any one looking for great Customer Service and Eye care.

All of the staff members are very friendly and always made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any questions. Ashley and Yvonne made me feel like I was very welcomed and understood my situation. And I really enjoyed the vibe they give. Although their selection is good, they give you prescriptions that you dont need. They will convince you to get trifocals and say that they are just making your vision more crisp and then when you say they arent working they will offer you something else for additional money. I spent $300 on a pair of glasses that I cant even use! I will never go there again.
