I really dislike their office policies. Doctors seem ok - just the office is not very customer friendly. They dont offer ANY extended hours - no 1 Sat morning once a month, no 1 late night every other week - nothing. You are expected to take off work to see their doctors. I cant afford to do that so Ive ended up driving all the way to the Springs to be seen by a doctor who does offer extended hours. In addition, tried to get my husband in to be seen for a sinus infection. Was originally told they had SEVERAL open appointments for that afternoon. But my husband had not been seen in that clinic before so was a new patient. We were told he would have to wait 3 days to get in to be seen. REALLY??? 3 days with a sinus infection? Both my daughter and I were established patients and they couldnt add him to the account? Guess they have enough patients - dont need us.

This place has gotten worse over the years not sure what the problem is! I called to see if they could possibly squeeze my son in, due to possibly having ringworm (caught from kids at school) which it would be so quick to look at and send us on our way with prescription however they werent very accommodating, which however it is so much more expensive for me to bring him here rather than his doctor across town. Was just looking for a quicker way to have him seen, considering I work and am also busy! I was actually told by receptionist to take him somewhere else! What happen to this place used to be great but now that years have passed and having them treat us like this before, you dont get that small town kindness from them anymore! The thing is my money pays them! But I wont be back!

They refuse to see me for an injury that is requiring surgery or give me a referral to a specialist. They have also dropped me from care with an illness that requires continued treatment. The office manager is rude and unprofessional. Overall this office provides poor care. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason.!

I find the office staff very caring and professional I dont know what you guys are talking about but theyve been taking care of me for 4 years and and I appreciate the time that Kelly Anthony takes with me

Caring and friendly staff, clean new building. Knowledgeable medical professionals that I am willing to drive 30 minutes from Black Forest to see.
