Service provided my son was excellent although CO ENT did change billing and have refused to speak to speak to me about the change. Sons insurance lapsed as he was cut down on hours at work and CO ENT and Allergy raised the already settled bill amount. What was fascinating was the duration of both visits was about 5-7 min each and no more than a checkup. They have refused to speak when asked about rate reduction due to his losing insurance. I recommend anyone take a look at their chargemaster before engaging them for a service as they doubled the original amount he owed when the insurance did not pay. The statement was he no longer had insurance and they could charge a non insurance rate. I am continuing to dialogue with them.

Horrible experience today and at our last visit. The receptionist (for Dr. Caplan) was rude and completely unprofessional. We were told our referral was no longer correct because the office merged with another, so we had another referral sent. Upon arrival today I was berated by the receptionist because the referral didnt include "ENT" on it. When I asked if there was anything we could do today she tossed (and I mean literally tossed) my referral at me and told me "No. Get a new referral." Completely unprofessional and an absolute disgrace to have working as the face of your organization.

The wait was very long. There was a tablet that made you enter the same information multiple times letter by letter and number by number, even though I already had to tell all that info to the staff at the front before I was even handed the tablet. Then there was the extremely long wait. At least there was free Wi-Fi, exept the fact that almost all of the social media websites were blocked. (Probably so no one could rate them bad until they get home or turn on data.) The wait doesnt make any sense because as soon as you get called in theyre already rushing you to be done and go home.

Talk about cookie-cutter medicine. First, its always a 10 to 15 minute wait on the phone before anybody answers. Then, after arriving 20 minutes early, as "requested", so that I could fill out yet more redundant paperwork, I was told they were not ready to "check me in" and would end up waiting 40 minutes, and then another 20 minutes, and then another 20 minutes. The doctor was dismissive of my questions and concerns and rushed me through his exam. I also did not appreciate having some college kid in the room "following the doc" during a private medical exam. Do NOT go here.

I have been very grateful for Dr. Pruitt at Colorado ENT and Allergy, he performed sinus surgery on me and I have finally been relieved of a sinus infection that I had for the last 10 years and was unaware of the problem. And his follow-up care has been tremendous. I would definitely recommend him and the staff at Colorado ENT and Allergy, for others who are dealing with sinus and allergy issues as well.

I have been very impressed with the care I have received and continue to receive by Dr. Daniel Smith and the office in general. They are thorough, friendly, and professional. I would refer all of my friends and family to this office.
