PLEASE READ!!!!! The worst health care provider the staff is terrible they have lost my records from previous physician they have lied to me,This office is all about money!!!! I carry insurance and make monthly payment on my account...50 dollar but was told it wasnt good enough they wanted 100 to sum it up they would not refill my med that i take daily for thyroid and an antidepressant...when taking these meds it is dangerous to stop, they DONT CARE!!!!!! you will regret choosing them as your health care provider

Never have had a problem getting in or setting up an appointment. When I need to get my medications or need to change them Dr makes sure that I get what will be safe for me, "its not a get what I what doctor office." The staff Always Makes sure that I get a physical at the same time every year, and blood work needs are always taken care of. The staff and Dr. always do their share of making sure Im healthy and I do mine.

Tried to get in to see Dr. Zimmer, but was told he doesnt take new patients over age 60. REALLY? The reason given was that he doesnt have a contact with Medicare. Im currently on Tricare. I wont need Medicare for another 5 years. Plus he is listed on Tricare as an approved provider. VERY disappointing. Im putting the word out. No use going to him if hes going to kick you to the curb at age 60.

The staff was super friendly and positive. Dr. James Zimmer, Pete Smith P.A.,and Carissa Benedict P.A. are awesome. I always get right in for an appointment and my kids love them. I couldnt of picked a better place for a physician.
