We went here under the advisement of a friend who said Dr. MacHaffie was great with his kids. We met with him, and my wife and I agreed. However, once we started actually going to appointments, we found the rest of the staff left much to be desired. I never felt like I was treated with respect by the office manager. The woman we had to check out with always left me feeling infuriated with how I was treated. Medical billing and insurance is a very daunting and confusing thing when having a child, and I dont pretend to know how it all works. I rely on the people I pay at the offices to explain, guide, and help me with these procedures. But the woman in charge of these things spoke to me as if I were an ignorant fool, talked down to me when I asked why we were getting charged an extra $92 and change, and got defensive and testy the longer the conversation went. I dont believe this is the behavior I should expect from a professional who is getting paid to do this. The nursing staff also had poor communication. We were getting shots for our daughter, and one nurse said she would go find some preemptive baby aspirin, but never returned. The other nurse who was giving the shots said they didnt have any baby aspirin and knew nothing of our request to get some. Another nurse on a different day very rudely informed the office manager in front of my wife and me that our daughter was not allowed to get her two week shots, because "...she is not yet two weeks old," (she was 13 days old). Overall, the staff always left me somewhere between angry and irate. This is a very unfortunate thing, since Dr.Bruce MacHaffie really was such a good doctor. It is a shame that his staff has run off patients in this fashion. My wife and I are now taking our daughter to a new practice altogether.

I have been taking my children to Pediatric Associates for 6 years. I absolultely love their office. Dr. Kimball is wonderful and my children really like him. He is an excellent doctor and seems to really care about the kids. The office staff is always friendly when I check in and if I ever have to leave a message for a nurse, my call is returned in a reasonable amount of time. There are toys in the rooms. They store them in one of the cabinets, so its nice to have something there to help my children pass the time if we have to wait for the doctor. I highly recommend this practice!

I have found the staff to be great at this location. Over the past two years have been with all of the doctors there and they really take the time to listen to your questions or concerns...and they actually explain to you what they are doing and why. I also love the fact that if you need to reach a doctor after hours, they get back to you within 20 minutes. If you have a sick child they will fit you in the day you call, no matter what...They even stayed late one time for us. I would reccommend them to any parent...and have.

We came to pediatric associates of Colorado after my husband left the air force and I was pregnant with our daughter, the doctors and nurse here were so caring and wonderful, always answering my worried mom questions and never making me feel like I was being ridiculous with my nervousness about colds or bug bites. But they deserve medals for being so wonderful even after we have left Colorado. I needed my sons immunization records and they were able to email them to me on the spot! I highly recommend Pediatric Associates.

Weve used Dr. Baswell and Pediatric Associates as our pediatricians for years and have not had problems with them. Right up until our daughter was diagnosed with something serious. Since something more than a shot or help with a skinned knee has been required, Dr. Baswell and Pediatric Associates have continually dropped the ball. Incident after incident has convinced me that they are not interested in providing true care. In short, theyre fine as long as you dont actually need a real doctor.

I absolutely love Dr.Mccaffery and this practice in general. My daughter just turned 2 and he has been her pediatrician since birth. He is always so caring and attentive. He always follows back to check how is she is doing and I can tell he enjoys very much what he does! Im so happy I found this place !!

I cant BELIEVE there was a doctor and staff so caring! I switched my doctor to this office because the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, treated my children AND the parents with respect. I feel much more comfortable now that my 3 children can come here and be taken care of!

I have no complaints. Ive never had any problems with anything re: the satff and doctors here since Ive been bring my kids to the clinic. We love you, guys! Just continue being the great staff/doctors that you always are! :)

Their on call after hours care is not really the best
