It is sometimes very hard to get through so you need to be persistent. Between 12:00 pm and 1:00 PM the staff breaks for lunch so you either get an answering service or the voicemail. The provided alternative medicine is definitely unconventional but very effective. Sometimes it is hard to get a full blown appointment if it needs to be scheduled on a short notice but the "top off" adjustments are fairly easy to get in (when needed). Do not be late because they will cancel your appointment. If you are running late be sure to call many times and leave messages so you are covered. Dr. Bodrero is excellent and definitely on to something with his approach to alternative medicine treatments. UPDATE: The staff seems to have cycled through and lately I have been treated extremely well and they are always very helpful. Very accommodating.

I was referred by a friend who has nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Bodrero. In 6 months I made 4 appointments, all of which were canceled by his office for various reasons (computer training, out of the office, running 2 hours behind). I only saw Dr. Bodrero once, because I refused to let them cancel the second appointment for my first visit. When they called to cancel my 4th appointment, I decided to get my records and go somewhere else. It was very frustrating to me to have a legitimate issue that requires a doctors care and to be set aside for 6 months. No one in the office seems interested in making it right either. Its really disappointing.

First visit, waited 1hr before even seeing doc, sent to get X-ray, X-ray told me doc will follow up same day. Day later I call office, never received X-rays, they told me that Id have to call them to resend. I thought that was Thier Job??? Called X-ray place to resend, they resent and doc still didnt call or follow up. The next day I call again, havent even looked at X-rays. Sat on hold for 20 min, said I need another appointment. Scheduled another appointment for 10:30, showed up 10 min early, waited 1 hr after appointment was "scheduled", still no doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

He is hard to get an appointment with, but the alternative work he does is absolutely amazing. I went from totally gluten intolerant to loving gluten after two visits. Thanks Dr. B!
