I have been with Dr. Euser since before he had his own practice. In the past, when you needed an appointment, you got right in. If not that day, then the next day. While I think its great he is growing in his practice, when someone calls due to illness, they want to be seen that day or atleast the next day, they are sick now! Not later! The last 3 times I have called for an appointment, I was told a week to two weeks out. I also have noticed a very shady practice he is clearly having his front desk people say. Dr. Euser happens to own the 2 urgent Care facilities. Amazing how as soon as he opens those, people wanting to be seen at the Dr office but are told the appointment is 2 weeks out are now being told to go to urgent Care. But of course! Dr. Euser makes more money having people go to urgent care vs squeezing someone in at the office! Well, I have referred around 15 people to him and we all have compared stories and we are all leaving his practice. Dr. Euser, you should be ashamed!

Dr. Euser is absolutely great. The staff is completely incompetent. My on-line pharmacy sent three notices to try and get prescriptions but the office never responded despite the fact that I called ahead and set it all up. A week later on Saturday the pharmacy notified me that they had heard nothing and I called the following Monday. I was told that they were waiting signatures and they would go out that afternoon. Called Tuesday to verify and was told that they were signed but nobody bothered to send them to the pharmacy. It has now been 10 days to get a prescription filled and I will now run out before the shipment arrives. Euser is great but I cannot trust my health to his office staff.
