Ive been to many clinics, and this is my favorite by far. I used to get treatments on a weekly basis for a while, so Ive dealt with the staff probably more than the average patient has. The staff is always warm and friendly. Theres never any irritability or hostility that Ive sometimes come across amongst busy receptionists. The nurses are kind and accomodating. Dr. Von Lindeman is an extremely kind-hearted individual who shows real empathy and compassion for her patients. You can tell she has a genuine passion for human beings. She can be very traditional in her approach, but also isnt hesitant on trying alternative things or new treatments when it fits the situation. She really wants you to feel your best, and accomodate in any way she can. The facility is well kept and clean. The childrens table has toys in good condition in the waiting room, and theres plenty of magazines. Theres lots of seating and space available so even during peak visiting hours, the waiting room never feels cramped. They also have a phone available in the waiting area for all patients, which Ive found pretty useful at times Ive forgotten my cell phone and needed to make a quick call. Overall, the space is very inviting and pretty uplifting for a clinic. Ive been to some places that seem like they havent had a decor upgrade since the 60s, which can feel very depressing and gloomy. The location is right next to the new library, which is great for waiting family members. In the same building, theres an allergy clinic, radiology lab for x-rays, dentist office and an optician moving in this summer.

From the moment I first called to when I left after my visit, all staff was professional and courteous. The front office was very considerate of my time, as I work in a Dental office and my schedule can be hard to work around since I essentially work the same hours. They managed to find a time that worked for me and made me aware of additional time for paperwork. The assistant who took me back was very professional in getting my vitals and addressing my concerns for this visit. Dr. Peps came in in a very timely matter and listened to all my concerns and worked with me to set up a plan. When I checked out, the front office made sure to schedule me for a follow up that worked with my schedule, and my prescription was called in to my pharmacy of choice quickly. It was ready as soon as I went to pick it up. I look forward to my follow up visit at this office and am very pleased to have found a primary care provider near to both my work and home.

I have been going to this clinic off and on since it opened and so has my kids as they grew up. The only reason I ever stopped going was due to insurance issues over the years. I have always been treated well there and I feel like friends with the nurse Norma and the front desk person Marlene and office manager Patricia. I am glad to be back although they cant take care of all of my needs and I cant afford to go in as often as I need to which is frustrating on both sides Dr. Simms is very nice and doing what she can within the boundaries that she has.

I had a great experience as a first time patient at Aspen Family Medicine. I was looking for a new GP close to our new home and I found Aspen Family Medicine through my insurance company. The service at the front desk was impeccable and Dr. Epps made me feel at home. She listed to me and we even chatted off-topic for a little bit. I never felt like she needed to rush away to the next patient. I will continue to use Aspen Family Medicine for as long as I live in the metro Denver area.

Awesome staff. Arrived early for my appointment and was called right on time. Staff was friendly and I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist. I was seen by Dr. Von Linderman and she took her time to explain and show me on the computer how to handle the issue I was having. A truly knowledgeable doctor. Would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends or family to make an appointment for any medical issues they may have.

Im being kicked to the curb, the "professionals" at Aspen Family Medicine have failed me. Probably for the best, as long as Ive been going there Ive been handed around from doctor to doctor like a plate of appetizers. Hard to build a doctor/patient relationship if the doctors dont care about their patients. They are nice people... but thats just a cover up because this clinic is a joke.

We were referred to Dr. Epps by a neighbor that said Dr. Epps had saved his life by getting him immediate treatment when he needed it. My husband & I have been seeing her for the last year, and she has given us wonderful care through some very serious issues that weve had. Her entire office staff is truly amazing. We are so very thankful to have found this office.

My family has been seen at this office for the last 4 years. We are usually able to get appointments really quick - the office is usually able to offer same day. The nursing & physician staff have always been polite & very helpful with any questions or concerns. My familys health has been well taken care of by the staff as a whole.

I came here at 9am and saw the doctor at 9:15am. I only waited for 15 minutes for a walk in! That is crazy fast! My doctor was not only funny, but he gave me recommendations that actually worked. I am coming back again to get my blood test in a month. The staff was friendly and I highly recommend this place!
