I went to see this doctor primarily to become established with his office and continue to get medications that I have had no trouble getting filled by other doctors both here and in Ohio. Doctor Fraley conducted tests I did not request and billed me ala carte for them. At this point the doctor rudely dismissed me refusing to fill my meds. Adding to this the staff continued to treat me poorly all the way out the door! No doctor or surgeon in my 62 years has EVER been so rude trying to make what money they can from me and then almost THROWING me out the door even though I was polite to them and demanded NOTHING! Steer clear of this doctor as he has no interest in your well being but WILL get your blood pressure up trying to get treated!

I have been seeing Dr. Fraley for at least 15 years. He is extremely kind and friendly, LISTENS to what you have to say! He does NOT push procedures, drugs or tests, but will explain them to you so you can make the decision. Today he told my husband he could choose to get an ultrasound if he so desired. Please dont ever retire, Dr. Fraley, I dont know where Id find such a wonderful doctor!

Hardly any wait in the waiting room both times I have had an appointment - super friendly staff - labs onsite - Dr. Fraley is open-minded and will take the time to listen to your concerns. I definitely reccommend Expresscare for your general/family practice needs.

Incredibly kind, caring doctor. Listens carefully then does everything possible however, he is not arrogant about his knowledge base. He will send you to a specialist when necessary, but continues to follow up to see all your problems are addressed.
