I have had several bad experiences with the pharmacy on multiple occasions... I sent my husband (on a Friday) to pick up my prescriptions, after I called to ensure that all four were ready to be picked up...he got to the pharmacy and they said that they only had 2 prescriptions on file for me...he went back and forth for about 20 minutes and finally left after explaining that there should be the "same four" prescriptions that we get every month"...so I called around 4:50, as he was leaving called (only because we were heading on vacation)...I was on hold for 15 minutes - I was transferred back and forth supposedly between the call center and the local pharmacy (this went on another 25 minutes)...ultimately, the representative told me that the local pharmacy was now closed and they unfortunately were not looking at the right screen because she was able to see all four of the prescriptions... On another occasion following the previous one...service was "horrible" once again so I finally complained to the manager about always seeming to receive such horrible service regardless of time or day of the week - one thing that seems to be consistent with them is poor availability and inefficiency...the manager offered to comp my copay ($21 - nice gesture) but then he then directed me to use their "mail order" system when I asked if he could sign me up he stated that it can only be activated over the phone... At the end of the day, if an organization is going to offer walk-in/face to face service - it should be good...offering other services does not excuse beyond "poor service" the saving grace for Kaiser is the outstanding medical staff - absolutely love my doctor! There are nice people who work at the pharmacy but they appear to be overwhelmed and inefficient...I am dreading that I have to go in there today, which is what prompted me to write this review...Walgreens may not be the best but they are available and in comparison are surely not the worse!

I rushed across town after work and showed up 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed. They had locked their doors early. The staff just stood inside staring at me for 10 minutes while I foolishly waited, assuming one out of several employees would have the deceny to at least speak to me. Because these people are self-respecting professionals right? None of them did anything, they just pretended I wasnt there until I gave up and left. Ive been a happy KP customer for YEARS. Not anymore. I could get better service from a minimum wage employee working at walgreens than the KP pharmacy staff at this location. A little bit of courtesy goes a long way. The staff at this location should be ashamed of themselves. If any of my employees treated a customer this way, I would be livid. But probably nothing will happen, because no one here cares. Avoid if you can.

This Kaiser pharmacy is terrible. Let me be clear the people working in the pharmacy they have always been great, but Kaiser’s pharmacy policy sucks. This Kaiser pharmacy has banker’s hours 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday no weekends no holiday’s no after hours. No notification regarding the status the prescription even though they have phone numbers and emails. I pass by five Walgreens all open when this Kaiser pharmacy is closed.

This pharmacy is very dysfunctional. It took me 3 weeks to get my prescription because each time I called the pharmacy they told me they didnt have it when in fact they had it the entire time! Prepare to wait in line also, theres usually only one person helping people. But dont worry, while youre waiting you get to sit and listen to the staff complain loudly about how horrible their own management is!

The pharmacy has unsupportive staff. To make things worse there are 8 Kaiser pharmacies in Colorado that are open on the weekend and none of them are in Colorado Springs, the 2nd largest city in the state. Greeley, Fort Collins, Lone Tree, etc are open but not Colorado Springs? Kaiser is nothing but disappointing.

Terrible customer service on the phones as well as in person (pharmacy wise)......and Ive only been with them for 1 month. Also, their answer to everything is to mail order. Ridiculous.

Great care. The doctors are wonderful. Love having a one stop shop for me and my son. Also the online support and their embrace of technology makes it easy to be a patient.

Save yourself a trip.. Terrible place. Wish I could stand it because if the people in there cared, it would be a convenient, one-stop place.

Went to see a dermatologist there today, she was great! The staff was friendly and light-hearted. Be ready to check yourself in at a kiosk.

Staff is friendly and service was quick. But I have been a member for three years and never met my attending physician.

Im not interested in being seen here again for a number of reasons. There are better places to be seen in the Springs.

Online prescription reordering does not work. You need to call and speak to a live person.

Long wait times, staff could be more courteous. Lab staff are the redeeming part.
