I went to have a suspicious mole looked at. He and the nurses were super friendly. I couldnt find a babysitter so I had to bring my 3 year old and 18 month old with me. They took me into a huge exam room with a big basket of fun toys and a play table for the kids. My double stroller easily fit. He said they made a room like that for moms like me, who sometimes have to bring their kids. The other exam rooms have sharp instruments, so they made one thats kid-friendly. Ive never even been in a pediatricians exam room that was that kid-friendly! He was very nice, I didnt feel rushed, and he explained things in an easy to understand, but not patronizing, way. His bio is very impressive, as hes had a lot of training and knows a lot about skin cancer. I went to a different dermatologist in town whose office felt like she focused more on anti-wrinkle treatments, botox, etc. I trusted his diagnosis of my mole. Great experience and I highly recommend.

I went to Dr. Chung for a second opinion after a dermatologist in the area threw me under the knife twice (without any forewarning.) So I went to this office, for a second opinion and some explanation. Dr. Chung was able to explain everything to me in lamens terms. He was the best dermatologist I have been too. He said he doesnt like to throw poeple under the knife, unlike my old doctor. He also fought tooth and nail to get my ex-doctor to send my records to him. He is a great person and I will only be going here for my skin needs!

Dr. Chung has impressive academic credentials but a down-to-earth demeanor. Ive seen him a few times, and he enters the room as if he is genuinely happy to see you. One time I joked that he didnt seem like his usual happy self, so he got up, exited the room, and entered all over again with great gusto and enthusiasm. Fun sense of humor and excellent doctor.

RIPPED ME OFF!! OK if you dont mind waiting an hour to see him and have unlimited money. I asked him to look at a mole. Just to take a look cost $250. Then he said I have a few non cancerous lesions he could freeze off. That cost $150 for 45 seconds work. $400 basically to tell me the mole looked fine. WOW!
