El Dr Montalvo casi NUNCA me ha atendido así es que de el no tengo comentario lo hace la enfermera Hernandez , ella es excelente . La persona que atiende en el mostrador es pésima en servicio y la "encargada " es todavía peor , pedi hablar con la esposa dl Dr Montalvo por que al parecer se encarga de cualquier inconformidad de los pacientes , pero como las señoras del mostrador hacen lo que quieren nunca me permitieron hablar con ella , así es que como no voy a tolerar ese mal trato prefiero cambiar de Ginecologo . Se que nosotras como pacientes debemos de respetar todas las reglas que el Dr tiene como tener que llamar para cancelar cita etc. así también ellos como empleados deben de respetar el trato a el cliente que al final de cuentas paga y muy bien sus servicios .

The nurse that tended to my every question and need was awesome. I hardly saw Dr.Montalvo. The reason why I gave it a one star is because I am big on customer service. The administration is rude and very disorganized. I was a responsible and on time client with payments and appointments but they seemed to be giving the cold shoulder when it came to my refund. The customer service made me think twice before going to Dr.Montalvo again for future pregnancies. Everyone I knew recommended Dr.Montalvo and I went with it. I regret it in some ways because your experience is suppose to be great (being my first child) but I dreaded the appointments because of their customer service performance. Once again I enjoyed the main nurses care and her attention. She was great!

HORRIBLE DOCTOR!! DO NOT GO! the nurses are so mean and you dont even see the doctor majority of the time and he goes on many vacations. again i have to say about the horrible nurses though especially when i was giving birth it was the worst experience please do yourself a favor and do not go here! and he does c sections for no reason just cause its faster and he wants to go home. but the nurses at the office are just as horrible they tell you off and say very mean things to you just because i was asking for help on my insurance plan i have never felt so uncared for by a doctor and his staff nor have i had someone be this rude to me no respect

This is a very bad office . please ladys dont put your babys life on this doctor. The so called receptionist Andrea is very very rude. She hangs up your calls . i would understand if I was rude . but I wasnt . i asked to be tranfer to the manager she just told me that she could pass no call or msgs. They are very unprofessional.. The dr is never there ... Always in vacations... Nurses are very rude as well ... I dont get it... Oh well change to oscar benavidez... I love it!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! the staff unprofessional, i went for my annual woman checkup, according to my insurance is preventive, i ask a question related to contraception (im already at the doctors office, why not?), that is also considered as preventive, and they charge it like a separate appointment on the same day and now my insurance doesnt want to cover it, big mess.

This office uses shady billing practices by not verifying patients insurance information before their appointments, charging them the full amount of a visit, and then charging a fee for refunding the remaining balance once the insurance has paid up!

Staff is great but the Doctor was extremely rude. He made me very uncomfortable and treated me like Shi*. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a doctor... Today by far was my worst appointment. Hopefully it was just him having a bad!
