I have seen both Dr. Chadd Murray, MD and Dr. Cheri Jensen, MD. Both of them are really nice and professional. I never have problem with insurance rejecting covering my visits. I think they take most insurance and they will file it for free. Cheri is an excellent OB/GYN and always listens to my questions and concerns. Recently I talked to her about different birth control options, and we went over all the ones that would be good for me. She knew exactly which one would be good for me. Chadd is also an excellent doctor, but seems like hes always in a hurry! He also needs to show a little compassion. I went to see him about my obesity problem, and he automatically dismissed the idea of appetite suppressants, and said try "diet and exercise" even though thats what Ive been doing for over 2 years now with no results. He tested my thyroid, blood sugar, checked for ovarian cancer, etc., and everything is normal. We cant figure out why Im still fat, so Im trying a low-carb diet with good results. If you live in Kearney, or around here, this is the place to go for your primary care.

I am fed up with this place! My doctor is never available and when I wanted to get into a doctor I had seen before and really liked, I was told no because I wasnt her patient. Then, the last time I was seen, I was told to call in if I needed this one medicine, so I did, and now Im told I have to be seen. Its all about money with them. I suffered with a condition for awhile because i couldnt afford to go back to the doctor, and they wouldnt call in anything unless I was seen, even though they knew it was the same exact problem as before. I have never seen such greedy doctors. Im done. This place is the most ridiculous doctors office I have ever been to. I have never had so many problems with a place, and have never had several doctors act like they really dont care about your problem. I will never go back there, and I encourage everyone to go to the other family doctors office in Kearney, because this one isnt any good.

If you enjoy being treated as a number and not a person, this is definately the physicians office for you. From the moment you step in, and/or call in, you are treated with the utmost disrespect by some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The last time I was in their office, I had an appointment for early morning. I sat in the waiting room and approached staff 3 times in 2 hours about what was going on, before the doctor finally saw me. Then she was in and out in less then 5 minutes with NONE of my questions anwered. Oh, not to mention that the nurse we saw grabbed my 3 year old my his upper arm and jerked him towards her when she went to get his temperature. The best part, try calling or going to their medical records department to get your records they charge you! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kratochvil. Shes amazing. Very understanding, takes the time to actually listen, supports breastfeeding, has a great personality. Seriously, shes the best pediatrician Ive taken my kids to in Kearney. I also adore her nurse, Steph. My kids love them both. Some of the other staff can be rude at times, and the other doctors Ive seen arent as knowledgeable in the medical areas that I need them to be knowledgeable in for my familys medical history, and they arent as willing to listen and learn about it, so I feel that this specific Dr suits my familys needs the best. Sometimes the wait is excessive (Ive been stuck waiting for up to 5 hours before), but sometimes that is to be expected when they have a case overload. Over all, Kearney Clinic isnt too bad.

Dr. Goldfish at Kearney Clinic does a great job. Hes professional, and when I had a complaint about a different department, he handled it that day and came up with a resolution that was more than satisfactory. His nurses are great at their jobs and have gone above and beyond for me - looking into the billing schedules of my insurance and following up with me. Its true- the clinic is very full and very busy. However, they treat their pregnant patients very well - I can schedule my next appointments whenever I want, and they always make an opening for me.

I have been going to this clinic when I need medical help or a check up for a couple of years . Every time I have gone in to see the doctor my wait has always been terribly long. Im not talking 30 minutes, Im talking an hour to almost 2 hours every time. I do not have a problem with the persona at the front desk or anywhere else in the clinic. They just need to get their wait time for their patients down significantly, this would honestly help them out a lot.

The doctors, nurses, and medical care aspects of the clinic get 5 stars; the support staff get 2 stars; and the administration and business aspects of the clinic get 1 star. The priority seems to be profit over people, which creates a less than ideal environment for patients (or employees for that matter, as evidenced by the mass layoffs and apparently low morale of support staff). It is the Wal-Mart of medical facilities.

Im so done. First they dont give me a deposit shot because my papers werent transferred. So I took two days to transfer and then they tell me they cant do it because the doctor hasnt seen my hooha. Now my daughter has 102.3 fever and they wont take her in! WORST PLACE TO GO TO EVER!!! RUDE AS HELL

The wait takes forever. Ive waited nearly an hour and I had an appointment made. The doctors take even less time on you. In and out within 10 minutes.
