The staff were all very friendly, however the glasses I received are completely wrong for my eyes. After calling twice, the first time was 1 week after and the second time was 1 month after, to say that I thought something was wrong, I was told by the reception staff that it was just going to take time for my eyes to adjust. I listened to that advice and it has now been about 6 months and I still see better without my glasses than I do with them. Ive devided to stop wearing them obviously due to this fact. I would call again except I feel like Id just get the run-around and be told any excuse they could think of so they wouldnt have to refund me/replace my prescription. My father was in with me the same day and he also was unable to "adjust" to his glasses and has since replaced them with a $6 pair of readers from Walmart. As I said, the staff was very friendly but it seems they really dont want to own up to any possible mistakes and are content to turn you loose without any follow-up help after theyve gotten your money. I will not be going back.

What a joke of an eye care center brought my glasses into these people because my frame was broke they said they needed to be replaced but my lenses where ok So I order the new frame and when my wife brought my old frames in to reinstall my lenses they wrecked my lenses to the point where they are unusable and then they claimed that they where already wrecked so I would have to pay for new lenses witch cost 400 dollars then they took my lenses and tried to put them back into my old frames and cracked my lense what a joke I will never go back to this place or recommend anyone else either and there manager Lorie is quite the peach

Terrible experience -- representative that checked me in was rude and annoyed to be working there. She neglected to tell me that I had to pay full price for the eye exam because the insurance company wouldnt cover eye exam until January --3 months away. (I couldve easily waited) I informed the "clinician manager" and she easily dismissed me saying the representatives tell customers "only as a courtesy". I had to pay close to $400, which couldve been avoided if they provided essential insurance information that other Eyecare facilities automatically give to their clients. Easy money in their pockets!

Best eye clinic in town. I have been to other clinics and have only been truly happy with the care and customer service I received at Williston Basin. From the moment you check in until you check out you are treated like family. I have seen all the doctors and have never been disappointed. I called after receiving my glasses the first time and told them that I felt they were not working quite right, I was met with empathy and was able to see the doctor again to get my prescription adjusted. I would recommend everyone go here.

I was very happy with my service here. They were busy and I did have to wait a little while, but while waiting a very nice woman helped me pick out options for frames that I wanted, she was patient, and piled them all together for after my exam. After waiting a while to be helped they were more than happy to wait for me, (I took a long time to decide) to pick the perfect frames for myself. When told they would be ready within 7-10 days, I was again super satisfied that they were ready just 3 days after my visit.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Absolutely horrible. Save your money and take it elsewhere. Just because they are one of the few in the area.... they have zero concern for customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would!
