Ive usually had great expierences here. But this most recent experience I had hurt my calf muscle and went to the ER, for what I thought might be just a pulled muscle. I was told from the ER that I needed to be seen by an orthopedic and also have an mri done within the next day or 2. So I called my health care manager and was seen 2 days later. Now knowing that I needed an MRI my primary care manager gave me a referral for the MRI for 2 days later... But I am still waiting on an orthopedic appointment and its been 9 days and by the time they see me it will be 12 days.. I feel like this is absolutely absurd to ones health and could possible cause permintant damage and there is nothing i can do..

Typically this is a very nice place--good service, reasonable wait times but they need to update their information online; it stated that the laboratory hours were 08-1200 on Saturday, I arrived at the lab at 0945 and it was closed. Wasted time.
