This is a terrible place. I would give it no stars if I could. This rating is long overdue. Besides all the LPNs doing all the dirty work and not giving a care in the world about the patients, the physical therapy people are just as bad. what a racket..they sit around talking all day and grab a patient here and there for a few minutes of a useless therapy. My father died in this facility. he had bedsores and was slapped by an LPN because he complained about how roughly she was moving him around. he had cancer and was in a lot of pain. he had every reason to complain. I believe a higher dose of morphine was administered to shut him up. he died a few days later. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY.

When u call to see if they are hiring and he says let it go for a few days its not a good time the health department is here..and not in a professional manner...whoever the receptionist is needs more training. He always talks in a negative way like your not suppose to call there...

Did not dress patient on a timely basis. Left alone undressed and cold in bed. Fell twice within 2 days. Left patient without supervision and he removed feeding tube. Had to return to hospital.
