If I can give negative rating to this place, I would. As a patient, you do not feel cared for by your own primary care doctor. The doctor seems like they do not want to do their jobs. When we go for blood test (as scheduled by them after fasting), they said they do not see the order from the doc. So, we couldnt get anything done. If you want to request an additional test because a family member suffered from the virus/bacteria, forget it. You have to wait so long to get the appointment (most likely two months) to see the doctor and get the order. If it had been a life threatening virus/bacteria, you would have been dead by then. Lastly, the front receptionist desk ladies - they are not friendly and helpful either. They do not listen to you, they act like you are living off their earnings or something. When we call to request an additional blood test, we called 3 times. We listened to Mozart for a very long time - once got hanged up. Once, the call got transferred to another receptionist lady who are clueless and couldnt give an advise. Thirdly, one lady said just go to the lab to get tested. We went to the lab (as scheduled by them), there was no order from the doc for original blood work. So, nothing get done. Right there and then, I got so pissed off - changed the primary care doc and complained to the insurance company. Done and happy. As for these people at EMC, unless they get fired, they are not gonna care about you. Dont go there.

Do not go to any of their offices I fell and seriously hurt myself Ive been transferred between three offices since last night I was told last night to call the Worcester office today to get an appointment I call the Worcester office and am told by a women whos English was barely understandable that she could not make me an appointment because once again there are no openings two minutes after I hang up with her she calls me back to tell me that in her notes it says I turned down an offer of an appointment in Worcester yesterday evening which yes clearly Im aware of that since Im the one who stated I cannot drive myself to Worcester because of my injury and that I would be able to get a ride to that office in the morning since my local office was not willing to fit me in I cannot believe that I was called back to argue over me not being able to get a ride last night Im beyond disgusted with the lack of professionalism and I will be reporting this

Acho que voces deveriam ter um medico de emergencia .estou na clinica nesse moumento com falta de ar dor ba garganta uma tosse sem fim .fraqueza eamoca foi curta e grossa.nao tem como te atender so amanha voce tem que marcar antes .como vou saber o dia que estour ruim?efalou tambem umaemfermeira pode te olhar mais vai resolver nada e pode demiear tambem.em fim sai muito triste e sentindo revoltada .

Secretaries are only there to try to look pretty. Rude once you let them know they are screwing up . Others will just power trip! They always try to rush you out, and others give false information. I myself had to help a few less fortunate people that dont speak english. Because on top of all they only try to speak only English when clearly know the patients language and also dont speak English Right themselves. Nurses arent any better expect for this one Hispanic one and shes very Humble.

i was told i needed a follow up appt in three months from september and was refered to a pulmanologist the office said they d call me with appt and notify pulmanologist to sch appt 3 month later no appt or pulmanologist i dont know why they even bother with perschribing lung meds if they are not going to monitor with follow up are ypu all drug dealers or something

This clinic has a very bad care! The attendants think they are doing you a favor to help you! You can hardly solve your medical problem! There are not enough doctors to attend! The administration is terrible I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! If you have any health problems, do not go to this place because you will get sicker than you already are. This is a clinic with third world care in a first world country!

I call there to make appointment with my primary care, they put me in a wait list and didnt call me back. When I received a letter from the hospital remember me that I have to see the doctor, they put me attention. I sink that some people that work there have to change profession and get a job in a zoo.

I am in pain. Went to the dental office and was told they couldnt see me because they had too many appointments. The Framingham office is a joke. How can you leave a person in pain? This is America not a third world country.
